“Working with Susan Bacchi to stage our home was a pleasure. She is responsive, professional, and thoughtful, and has an eye for detail that helped our (much older) home feel modern and fresh. We were especially pleased that every space was considered and staged with care. We would absolutely recommend Susan to anyone looking for home staging or interior design.”

“I went to return a shirt and just made things complicated for the hardworking team there. I dont think we got the story straight on what happened, but in the end you ended up helping me do the return in my favor as a customer and gave me grace, and I hope I can gain yalls trust again bc this ross tends to have good stuff 😭 ive worked in customer service too so I empathize with your lack in distrust and the attitude you gave was out of me being confusing. I really liked my purchases and I can tell you ladies are doing your best for our shopping experience”

“Entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Made the experience of buying a couch amazing. They even helped me unbox the item and load it into my car. Victor especially really helped me out. Looking forward to coming back again soon.”
