Many guests find the staff to be nice, courteous, welcoming, and quick to respond. The hotel offers complimentary services like a coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave in the rooms, which are described as very clean. A very well stocked breakfast is provided with options like fruits, muffins, cereal, and always available coffee. There is ample free parking with EV charging spots.
However, the hotel is noted as a bit worn out and outdated, with some rooms showing wear signs on furniture, carpets, and blinds. Some guests reported issues like street noise, noise from other rooms, and occasional problems with room smells, though staff are responsive in addressing concerns. While the rooms are reasonably quiet for some, others experience a motel-like vibe. The wifi is unsecured. Overall, it is considered good for the price, offering comfort and convenience despite some aging facilities.
Very large rooms, lovely white brand-new looking walls inside the room and large windows overlooking trees - I was very happy with the ambience. The front desk was super helpful, and having new laundry machines payable via an app was also great!

The rooms could use a bit more soundproofing. I could hear the water running through the pipes when the room next door was taking a shower. The breakfast isn’t the best, but it’s better than nothing. They also have EV chargers, which is a nice plus.
