“The rooms are really very high quality and the owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly! I had minor emergency (lost passport while out and about) which caused me to have to unexpectedly extend my stay without any notice. They went above and beyond to help try to locate passport as well as making rooms available and moving luggage between rooms as needed. As a result I saw 3 different rooms in the annex and can attest they were all clean and highly spec. The bed, mattress and pillows where all really comfy, and each room had reclining chairs and a desk with good desk chair. This is really good if needing to work. Free WiFi, excellent shower.The morning shuttle service (within about 6mi) is a real bonus if you are visiting without a car.The hotel serves a hot buffet breakfast which is good, but there are not too many local (walking distance) options for an evening meal unless you want to get an Uber to downtown mountain view.I would definitely book here again, though I might also book a hire car.Rooms: Very high spec, much better than I was expecting. Beds, duvet and pillows all really luxurious and so comfortable.Excellent cleanliness!Desk and chair and separate reclining comfy chairs.I stayed in 3 rooms, and all had fridges and 1 had a small kitchenette which might be useful if staying longer.Walkability: Within walking distance there are a number of fast food places (NY Pizza, Los Amigos, Poke House, In N Out Burger) which are all about what you might expect. There is a Walgreens about 10 minutes walk and an ExtraMile convenience store that is a little closer that sells beer and snacks if you need to stock your fridge up, although the hotel also sells beer and snacks at reception.Hotel Strata also has a morning shuttle service in the week that can take you to your office if it is reasonably close by.”

“Great views and high-class feel. Wonderful food and tasty selection on menu. Friendly and helpful staff. Pricey but worth the price. Paid parking I didn't enjoy to much. You have to get stamped by hotel when you leave. Overall great clean and rich hotel with a amazing view. Highly recommend.”

“I've been here for over a year on a work assignment and the staff has always been awesome with going out of the way to provide great service. The have a great team that makes you feel welcome. The place is safe and always clean.Nearby activities: San Francisco and San Jose are both a half hour drive away.Safety: Mountain View Police patrol the property.Walkability: Stevens Creek Trail to the San Francisco Bay is right off the property.”

“I highly recommend this Hyatt Hotel. The interior of the hotel is very new. It is located in the Silicon Valley area. It is about half an hour's drive from the airport and not far from major factories. The hotel is in a community and the surrounding environment is very good. There are Western, Chinese and Japanese food. There are many restaurants for Korean food, Vietnamese food, and four large supermarkets nearby, making life functions very convenient.”

“a absolute gem of a place in otherwise very corporate and standard looking hotel/accommodation offerings. The rooms are warmly designed, cozy and well-appointed. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have these nice living room lounges where you can relax with friends to watch a game together. Lots of great little restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommend”

“We stayed here recently and had a good experience. The room was clean and front desk was friendly. They serve a large assortment of breakfast food in the morning, including coffee with different creamers and sweeteners. I accidentally left some of my belongings behind, and the hotel was very accommodating in making sure I got them back. The room rate was good for a last-minute stay, would stay here again!”

“At check in the young lady was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help find a mechanic. As we pulled into the parking lot the alternator went out it was after 5 pm and most shops were closed or closing, some mechanic shops were not going to be open on Sunday. She found a mobile mechanic for my husband. He called and they came right over and after a few hours had a new alternator in.At breakfast the following morning we were impressed with the variety of choices we had. The oatmeal was the best my husband had two servings.Margarita kept the area clean and organized as guest kept coming in to eat. Very friendly and helpful.The morning desk clerk was very helpful as well.We would recommend Hampton Inn Suites in Mountain View to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and we would love to come back.Thank you for your service.”

“Pros: LOCATION!!!! Fantastic, walkable to places. The room was pretty clean. Parking is good and free. Good cooling/heating system. The stay provided everything I needed. Affordable.Cons: The room had some weird old odors...could use some updating. The property in itself is basic and a little run-down looking. Breakfast sucked...bag with apple juice, danish, and an apple.Walkability: Right next to lots of places to eat or buy what you need.”

“I stay here every business trip to Mountain View. It only gets 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices are high, which meant I always get too close to the company limit. Generally a very good hotel with all the amenities you could want on a business trip.”

Great Value !We understood we weren't entering a 4 Star Hotel, yet the room smelled CLEAN and not masked by odor, that was what we first noticed!The pillows were excellent, perhaps brand new even, and the King bed was comfortable. Plenty of furniture and plenty of floor/walking space.Plenty of clean towels and the expected hairdryer, coffee maker, microwave and mini ref- all in great working order.Since here on business, we skipped breakfast on site and didn't travel far for plenty of options.You can't beat the location.Rooms: Smelled genuinely clean and fresh!Roomy/SpaceySome updates and some un-updated aspects yet it meshed well.Wear your sandals on carpet and tile just in case.Safety: All Locks in good working order.Vehicle check in was smooth and we were able to park directly in front of our room which was a great sense of relief.It appears the front desk monitors and ensures the safety of the entire property.Noteworthy details: Don't fall for the bad reviews.Ensure your expectations align with the price you're paying.We chose this place due to the drastic price difference of $150+ of other hotels in the area.Try it, you might like it !”

“Stayed here for a night because it was only a 9 minute drive to shoreline amphitheater. We were close to a couple connivence stores as well so it worked out nicely. Looked tidy, and the breakfast was nice.Nearby activities: Close to shoreline amphitheater”

“Looking for hotel deals used to stress me out. But with ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ, everything became so much easier. This room? Got it at a price I couldn't believe, all thanks to them.Conveniently located, comfortable rooms, at a reasonable price. This is an older property redone as a boutique hotel. It is nothing fancy but very well maintained. The continental breakfast is just that no more, no less, but is an adequate start to the day.”
