“Great solo weekend stay! I spent most of my time reading by the pool and really enjoyed the bar, the cocktail menu was really well crafted. I also enjoyed their coffee shop. The spa was a highlight, with a steam shower and sauna, both felt high end and well maintained. The room was modern and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It’s in a business oriented area but still walkable, peaceful on the weekend and close to plenty of things to do. Would definitely come back for a recharge weekend, or a mix of work and relaxation, it’s ideal for that.”

“Stayed here for New Year's Eve for a staycation. I choose a one bedroom suite, and it was very nice. Spacious, comfortable, and nice amenities. Quite a hike from the elevator, and my key card didn't work when I first got to the room, so I had to make the trek back to the front desk. But that got sorted out. Access to the Stevens Creek Trail is nice for a walk. I know this is primarily a hotel for business travel given its proximity to several tech companies, and I think I'd be very comfortable staying here for work.”

“What a life saver this lodge has been. Stayed almost a month. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a small kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, cabinets, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster, double stove, AC, dining table, clean bathroom w/shampoo/conditioner/body wash & clean towels. Such a life saver after spending days in hotel rooms that weren’t well managed and didn’t have a kitchenette. Thank you Navy Lodge for your accommodating hospitality and kindness!”

“had a good stay - plenty of food options around the vicinity but take note that they mostly close at 9pm and there is no in room dining services. only bumper was that I had 'do not disturb' sign at the door and the laundry folks still went into the room to place my laundry inside. thankfully there was no stolen items (not that I had any valuables in the room) but still.... On another note, I did like that the hotel offered 2 complimentary huge water bottles per day...”

“The hotel felt high-end, and the staff was warm and welcoming. It was a safe, relaxing, pleasant one night stay.

Some highlights:

Comfortable beds
Ample storage for suitcases and clothing
Clean bathroom
Clean beds and room
Comfortable, fluffy pillows
Desk with comfortable chair
Dresser
Convenient outlet between both beds
Nice towels
Incredible toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap (I even purchased the body wash, it is wonderful).
Outdoor pool
Absolutely no scent in the room whatsoever (Definitely a plus. It just felt clean inside the entire building).”

“Over priced for what it is our room was $490 not sure why for one night mid week. Parking was free. Elevator was scary. Carpet was yikes dirty in hall and room. The breakfast was the best part. And the hot water was good! It was located near our event so that was a bonus.”

“Nice hotel with great staff, but an exposed carpet rip in our room this week means the nails are poking upwards and went straight into my foot when I walked to the bathroom, be careful and bring your own slippers.”

“During late-night check-ins, Johnny has always greeted me kindly and helped ensure I received my Diamond amenities. I appreciate his friendliness after long travel days.”

“Was really unsure of booking here because of the bad reviews but we are really happy we took the chance.

Room is great (#216)! The staff was great and he was able to put us in a room further from the road/highway so there's no noise complaints from us. I like that we have our own door to our room (motel style). This room had hardwood so bring your slippers or socks if you need them.

There was ample free parking (Thursday night) and a free breakfast from 6 to 9am.

Will be staying here again.”

“Well priced, excellent location, bit worn out
Pros
The location was just what I needed, closed to Mountain View downtown and tech campuses.
The check in was very quick and prepared.
The staff was nice, very quick to response.
The bed was comfortably firm. Very good.
The room was reasonably quite.

Cons
The hotel is bit worn out. Furniture, everything was wear signs.
It was clean and well, but maybe the wear, but it didn't feel like clean.
The street noice from cars came in and I could hear upstairs room foot steps clearly.”

“A nice and convenient place to stay while on a business trip to Mountain View. I was able to check-in at 1:50am without any hassle (I did call ahead and warn that my plane was extremely delayed).”

“Room was clean, no noise at night, pillows are thick, bathroom was spotless and water warmed quickly. If you pass this place up because of the reviews then it's your loss, save money and hit up this place.”

“I was happy with this hotel for the price it was offered at. My first visit a few months ago was not as positive, the check-in worker was very unpleasant and I was given a room directly off the lobby that was not clean at all. I took a chance and booked again (mostly due to this hotel being significantly cheaper than other options and had a much better experience. Very friendly worker at the front desk who even opened the gate for me after hours to park in the secured underground garage, and got an upstairs renovated room. Several of their rooms open up to a shared balcony outside. Breakfast is basic but I'm happy they at least offer something- egg wraps, oatmeal, and bread/ bagels. I loved the new espresso machine in the breakfast area that can make lattes and other hot drinks in addition to coffee. I will definitely book again if the price is right.”
