A terrible hotel. The rooms are dirty, and the furniture is in awful condition. We stayed for two nights, and our room was not cleaned even once, nor were the towels changed.
There is no breakfast. Only frozen fast food that tastes like plastic and is simply impossible to eat.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place is trashy and unsafe! The room has major wear, stains on the floor and curtains, bathroom has mold on the celling, the bed is terrible, and the room is small! I would never recommend this place. Its about as good as a motel 6.

I found rat poop! The door had a big space, I was able to see outside. The carpets were ripped in the corners. This place had wonderful reviews. It was too good to be true. Do not stay here.

Didn’t feel comfortable when I got an assigned room with the balcony window wide opened when I first got into the room, and it couldn’t be closed. Staff was nice and reassigned another room for me.

Well priced, excellent location, bit worn out
Pros
The location was just what I needed, closed to Mountain View downtown and tech campuses.
The check in was very quick and prepared.
The staff was nice, very quick to response.
The bed was comfortably firm. Very good.
The room was reasonably quite.
Cons
The hotel is bit worn out. Furniture, everything was wear signs.
It was clean and well, but maybe the wear, but it didn't feel like clean.
The street noice from cars came in and I could hear upstairs room foot steps clearly.

Very well kept and close to shopping restaurants auto repair and freeway. Very quiet and offer a very well stocked breakfast meal for guest.

very clean room, standard breakfast. good complimentary services like coffeemaker in the room, fridge, microwave and lotions, soap. shampoo etc

The hotel its good for the price we paid, it's very close to stores like Marshals, In and out burger, gas stations and others. The breakfast it's very simple with some fruits, like banana and apple, coffee, muffins and cereal... but it's enough to start the day, we had one big problem with the smell of the room, was horrible, smelling a cigarrete smog, looks liked someone smoked inside minutes before we arrived.... but the staff brought us one air freshair and solve this problem.
