I come for the very inexpensive vegetables and fruits. Also they have latin-typical vegetables like chayote squash of good quality. The meat section is really good, but it's not prepackaged - you have to ask for what you want (but it is fresher!). The language most spoken is Spanish but everyone speaks English too.
