Madera Apartments offers laid-back luxury in the heart of downtown Mountain View. The location is excellent and fantastic, blocks from downtown and across the street from the Caltrain, with the awesome Sunday farmers market right there. The apartments feature beautiful rooms, chef-inspired kitchens, and flowing floor plans. The community amenities are magnificent and top-notch. Residents enjoy a saltwater pool, hot tub, a 24/7 strength studio, a pet spa, a movie theatre, and a rooftop lounge. Every home includes an on-site Tesla electric vehicle charging station. The entire team goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome and heard. The staff is outstanding, extremely diligent, careful, friendly, and pleasant, with maintenance requests actioned quickly. The grounds and facilities are always immaculate. While train noise is noted, the vibrant location and strong community make Madera Apartments truly feel like home.
Apartment had an issue with the refrigerator/ice maker and the most experienced, professional, and delightful service guys came and fixed the problem: Andrew and Danny.

Amazing apartment at the heart of mountain view downtown. Stayed for 4 years and really liked the community & the amenities . I will miss Madera apartments since we are moving out.

Julio from the maintenance team is outstanding. He has a solution for everything and goes out of his way and does everything to help. He is such a kind, calm and skillful person.
