The location is excellent and fantastic, blocks from downtown and across the street from the Caltrain, with the awesome Sunday farmers market right there. The apartments feature beautiful rooms, chef-inspired kitchens, and flowing floor plans.
The community amenities are magnificent and top-notch. Residents enjoy a saltwater pool, hot tub, a 24/7 strength studio, a pet spa, a movie theatre, and a rooftop lounge. Every home includes an on-site Tesla electric vehicle charging station.
The entire team goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome and heard. The staff is outstanding, extremely diligent, careful, friendly, and pleasant, with maintenance requests actioned quickly. The grounds and facilities are always immaculate. While train noise is noted, the vibrant location and strong community make Madera Apartments truly feel like home.

Steve was so kind to come out in the middle of the night to stop that dang alarm!! He knew just what was wrong and how to fix it. I felt safe knowing I could go to sleep and not be awakened by that awful sound. He was terrific!!
