He was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and easy-going the entire time — even when we were literally jumping on a bunch of mattresses in the store trying to figure out what felt right! ?

He was super knowledgeable about all the different mattress options, sleep recommendations and listened to all of my concerns. I really needed to test out the product before purchasing & Michael really let me explore all the options without feeling judged for flopping around lol.
