Barry always follows up with us on restocking and deliver in time. He always responds to our questions and takes actions when things come up. Barry carries HUGE furniture catalog that can fit all different levels of need. The fact that it operates in a garage gives me the confidence of savings and Barry's service definitely shine out there. Let's rethink what great service truly means: is it a big showroom with nice dressed sales people who don't really care about you or an honest business owner who truly cares about customers and business reputations? Dave greeted us when we entered the store and we told him we were just educating ourselves about different beds. Dave had us lay down on a demo bed and found both of our sleep numbers. He then had us try some of the other beds in order to find one that was good for us. We ended up purchasing a bed from Dave. He was very knowledgeable and called us numerous times after we received our bed to see if we had any questions or issues. Dave was great and i would definitely recommend him.”
