I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was at this car part sales shop. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in assisting customers. They were more engrossed in their personal conversations and seemed annoyed when I interrupted them to ask for help. I was 7 minutes wait and finally someone come and he angrily scolded me saying why can't I wait for him? Really fun day. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, their attitude was incredibly disrespectful. They made me feel like I was wasting their time and asked me basic questions as if I had no knowledge about cars whatsoever. It was insulting and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the prices they were charging for the car parts were exorbitant. I found the same parts at other shops for much lower prices, but unfortunately, I had already wasted my time dealing with this place. I reluctantly purchased the parts, hoping that at least the quality would justify the . Overall, this car part sales shop is a complete nightmare. The staff's lack of professionalism, inflated prices, and low-quality products make it an establishment to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the time, money, and stress by looking elsewhere for your car part needs. Simply awful service!!!

I have no idea how Oreally has this guy Mario as a manager!!! how he became a manage? is a joke of manager I came to order parts for my customer car i asked him few times did you ordered he said yes now I'm here and guess what nop hi did not order it, Oreilly is a serious business how you guys have this kind of worke? I'm a busy serious business guy who has no time to play around unfortunately with this kind of guy wast time money and everythin To District Manager PLESA I NEED TO TALK YOU YOU THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM CONTACT ME ASAP PLS

I was sold the wrong battery for my key swab. The O'Reilly employee insisted it was correct and it was not. I went to the volkeswagon dealer and thankfully they gave me the correct one.

I like oreilly bc they'll run a diagnostic for a check engine light for free. Otherwise the people who work there are cool, but the range of knowledge is pretty large. Some know what they're talking about and some only know very basic things about cars. It's not a taller so I understand though.

I purchased a new battery for my car here and was told by the associate that not only could they not install it, but I wouldn't be able to either, as my car had special security restrictions that would require a specialist to install it. Based on that information, I shelled out another $50 to have a professional install, and was then told there was no security restriction in place and I could have easily installed it myself. When I called O'Reilly's about this, I was told cars after 2015 have this security feature. My car is a 2012 and they had known that, and when they ran my car again through their database they did not see any red flags about installation for my vehicle. So I essentially wasted $50 based on faulty information from their associate. No offer to make it right with the customer. Skip these guys.

I went to o'reilly , i buy something overthere then i go to outside in the o'reilly parking i do something over there then come out one employee .he said me you don't park your car here . Very rood

Been shopping here for a few years now. The staff are really helpful especially Mario, helped me and took the time to answer any questions i had, also took the time to look up any parts on The computer for my vehicle. Overall the staff are very helpful.

Good selection with prices a bit high. Workers polite but not helpful in store as they stayed behind counter and no help was offered.

I went in looking for coolant for my car. I didn't know which type/brand to get. I asked Rafael for help and he was great. He was very honest and explained to me why my car needed a specific type of coolant vs the general kind. I've been hustled at other stores before so it was great to get honest input and help at this O'Reilly's. Really appreciate it Rafael. Thanks!

I didn't drive my Subaru for about 10 days and it appeared my battery had died. I called O'Reilly ahead of time and asked on Saturday afternoon if they had a battery for my car and if they could install it. They said they had my battery and could install it. The next the day, I went to O'Reilly. At O'Reilly's, I was told they had my battery ($249), but that they couldn't install it per their computer system. I wasn't planning or prepared on doing the removal and installation myself, so I asked if they could test the battery. They tested the battery and determined the battery wasn't dead, but just need a charge. They said they could charge my battery, however, I had to remove the battery myself. While I appreciated this free service to test my battery, I wish their information was correct about being able to install a new battery when I called.
