Jose was very kind and helpful. He helped show me 3 different kinds of engine air filters that fit my exact car model. Then, after I replaced it in the parking lot, I dropped my screw bit down at the bottom of my engine. He let me borrow his telescoping magnet tool really quick to grab that bit. Appreciated it, 5 stars!
