“As a local Realtor, I frequently visit paint stores to stay updated on the latest paints, wood stains, and trending color patterns. Recently, I went to Dunn-Edwards Paints in Mountain View, CA. Despite arriving just a few minutes before closing, the manager on duty, Issac, took the time to educate me about their product line and provided me with the latest brochures. Issac demonstrated exceptional customer service and a deep knowledge of the products. I highly recommend this Dunn-Edwards Paints store.”

“I've never been treated so well at a paint store. Usually I get ignored at other paint stores. I had THREE different people ask me if I needed help. The paint quality is very good. It's expensive, but all paint is these days.”

“So pleased with the service at AB Supply. Not only could they solve a paint solution that another shop couldn't, everyone there was super friendly and patient. If only more shops in the auto industry were like this.”

“I feel impressed with the wonderful work well done, I was told every achievement begins with a decision to try, I was a victim of scam but I got convinced by the right person of which I gave in a try of $1000 investment and I got a profit of $13,200 in seven days. Thank you Mrs Taisha Carson for the kind of smile you put on my face. For those who are also interest you can contact her on Email:[email protected]”

“PV Hardware is the general store for Portola Valley. It has a bit of everything and is a reliable place for your hardware needs. The staff is friendly and the prices are good, especially for this town. It’s just a bit small and the selection can be a bit limited.”

“I was very stressed about finding paint that matched Kelly Moore's discontinued Navajo White 36. Daniel solved the problem in seconds. He recognized the popular color and simply suggested custom making that exact Kelly Moore color with Benjamin Moore paint. Who knew that was even possible? Now the patch where my wall heater was removed will match the rest of my living room. THANKS, DANIEL!!”

“I received the best service last Saturday. I didn't catch his name but on the receipt it says Kieth. We are familiar with how to paint but not all the different types to choose from. Kieth took time to explain to us all the different finishes and helped us pick the paint to gave us the results we were looking for. He didn't try to up sale or sale us too much paint. Excellent service and for a great value. We were able to finish our project and love the results!”

“Holy moly, Kristin Montoya knows her colors! We are beginning a renovation and I was absolutely lost about what color tiles, quartz, backsplash, etc to choose. I came in here and spent an hour with Kristin and walked out with an interior and exterior paint palette that would make even the Property Brothers jealous! Kristin is calm, has an exceptional style sense, and is incredibly helpful. Thanks to her help in establishing a palette, I was able to choose all of my finishes with ease! **Should also mention that Kristin is finishing her interior design degree - her expertise is apparent.**”

“Friendly staff and well-stocked with the different paint types, including Aura, a flat finish paint for wet areas. You no longer have to have shiny walls in your bathroom Layout feels more catered to the pro, but they are happy to help out everyone. Parking in the back, bit the lot is pretty small.”

“I've visited the store a few times in the past month or so and my general experience has been very positive. The visit from today was excellent that I wanted to leave a review. I believe the person who was helping me was Alberto (based on the receipt). He went above and beyond to help me with something that was a bit complicated. He took the time to explain things to me and was very resourceful in resolving the issue. Thank you.”

“Extremely helpful staff with competitive prices. Way better than going to box stores and overpaying. They were able to suggest the right type of paint and could also make the shade I chose regardless of which company it was from. And all this with an amazing attitude! Jose was super helpful in clearing my doubts and suggesting options that would work best for my home.”

“Kinda surprised to see negative reviews here. I've been to this store twice now (yesterday and today) and had incredibly friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful encounters with different staff both times. Perhaps staff has changed or been retrained? Not sure. Anyway, I'd definitely come back in the future. UPDATE: I contacted the store on Monday to request a quote for a 25+ gallon project order. Based on some of the reviews here, I was concerned the pricing might be above average for the area so I also got a quote from another Benjamin Moore store in the area. The quotes were identical. Only this store said they could have my paints boxed and ready for pickup in 30 minutes. The other store said they'd be ready in 4 hours. I ordered from this store, and the paints were ready and waiting when I arrived. The staff/owner(?) dollied the paint tubs to my car and loaded them for me without being asked. Great service, competitive pricing and excellent paint. I'm a happy customer.”
