Jessica at the front desk is the LOVELIEST person. She contacted me immediately after I booked a unit online, and made the leasing process the easiest thing. Very happy with the service provided to me, and very happy with the unit. Cute little facility, nice and secure.

Fine, inexpensive storage in general. However, not very responsive to requests. For example, the rubber at the bottom of the rolling door to my unit is a hole. I asked to replace or repair it about 6 months ago. They put a brick where the hole is but never properly repaired it. This creates a risk of rodent infestation.
