We recently rented a storage unit here, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience, especially with the manager. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, and completely transparent about everything.
She took the time to personally show us the unit, walked us through its exact condition, and even demonstrated the proper way to open and secure the door. She also made sure we clearly understood the facility's hours and holiday closures so we'd never be caught off guard.
What we appreciated most was her total honesty and clarity regarding the financial details. She thoroughly explained the billing process, making sure we understood that the rent **cannot be prorated** (meaning you pay for the full month even if you don't use all of it). She broke down exactly what to expect on our monthly invoice so there will be no surprises down the road.
To top it all off, she efficiently set up our account, handed us physical copies of important information so we wouldn't forget, and immediately sent digital copies of all the paperwork to our email. Every single question we had was answered with patience and clarity.
All in all, this was an incredibly great and smooth experience. If you need storage, this is the place to go! Highly recommended!”
“Very kind and professional staff. I highly recommend this facility! Rental rates aren't a bargain but def. competitive: this is smack dab in the heart of Sili Valley, after all. Pretty much Ground Zero one could say and ain't nothing cheap hereabouts. North a few miles is Meta hq, south is Apple and right across the freeway is Alphabet oh joy. Ask about a move-in discount for the initial month or so. They are dog-friendly lol...”

“I had a almost new vans the last two times I rented here. The checkout process can be lengthy - much more so than with a car rental. But you can still do it using their app in advance.
The staff is helpful.
They have packing materials and stuff for towing sold at this location.
I previously also refilled propane cylinders here. It's a bit longer than swapping but ~30% cheaper.”
