Therapy Stores is an absolute gem and a cute little gift shop with a thoughtfully curated selection of unique goods. The store offers an incredible array of unique, niche, and different items, from unique home decor and stylish apparel to cute little clever gifts, dainty jewelry, locally inspired finds, and a variety of knick knacks. The selection strikes a perfect balance between trendy and timeless, and the quality of everything is top-notch, great, and eco-conscious, though some note items can be a little pricey. The staff is consistently amazing, extremely kind, thoughtful, attentive, genuinely helpful, friendly, patient, and super friendly without being overbearing. They go above and beyond to help, engage in small talk, and will even help find items at other locations. The store itself is described as cozy, inviting, super cute, and the kind of place that makes shopping feel fun and inspiring. A significant point of frustration for some customers is inconsistency with store hours, which has led to wasted trips. Despite this, many find it a go-to spot for creative gifts and a fun place to browse, highly recommending a visit.
Renee at the Mountain View location is so pleasant and very helpful. I always leave the store with a great experience and exactly what I want :)

Very fun store! Everything is expensive for what it actually is, but put that on the uniqueness of every item you will find there. I bet offering a gift card for this store is the greatest gift you can think of for someone who likes fun things out of the ordinary. The staff was friendly too and the store was clean.

This spot is super duper cute and has lots of cute plushies (like jellycat!) and little knickknacks. Some items are overpriced but there are some definite gems in there. Regardless, good spot hit up if you're walking down Castro!!
