“I had a very positive experience at this thrift store today. Unlike a regular thrift store, I could tell that the clothes were all very clean and very stylish. Not only were the clothes very unique and fashionable, the prices were also very reasonable. The staff were very kind and helpful as well. I really recommend going here for a very affordable and pretty thrift haul.”

“I came in looking for a specific item and Greta and Leila were amazing and had exactly what I was looking for. They were both so welcoming and made my visit amazing. I look forward to coming by again!”
“Absolutely my favorite shop! Nearly New has such a variety of lovely items, from jewelry and designer clothing, handbags, antiques and artwork to children's toys and books, seasonal coats, modern and vintage glassware, clothing for the whole family, holiday decorations and more.
Bargains and "fabulous finds" are waiting for you here.
This is where I buy my favorite scarves, earrings and antique glassware. -Plus, a few nice gifts! ( Happy to share my best resource with you.) There are plenty of goodies for everyone to buy, with the sales proceeds going to scholarships for local women. Come and enjoy a great shopping experience here!”

“Places like this are hard to come by: family-owned, lots of vintage and other secondhand gems, and great prices. You will find something unique here. I was also really happy with the size range - I found lots of great trousers and suits in sizes 12-20. Lovely, friendly staff as well.”
“This place is one of my favorite places to consign the ladies and guys are knowledgeable and Veronica is an excellent manager. I had an item that I forgot to pick up then it was donated by them, I just asked and she wrote me a check for what I would be getting for my Loro piana pouch thanks again!!!”

“I call this the "high end thrift shop". You can find some nice things but kind of overpriced most of the time. I grew up on second hand stores and very aware of pricing. Most people who shop at thrift stores are on a limited budget, like myself. Sadly cannot always afford some of the items due to overpricing. I realize it goes to a good cause but still disappointing since everything is donated after all.”

“Savers is the best!! Take your time and find your treasures. This place doesn't disappoint, especially from neighbors who donate from Menlo Park, Atherton, RWC & San Carlos, etc.. They have just about everything. The store is clean and staff helpful! Need a quick costume, internet cords, books, decor, jacket, dress, glass lid for your crockpot, or dog leash or a fish bowl. Yep! they got that, too!”
“Great, small shop that has a lot of nice pieces. I wasn't expecting to find anything, but there's a big selection. The demo shopping was older, but they have perfect business casual and timeless clothes for any age. The pricing is very reasonable; the tops I purchased were $10-$25. They also have designer jewelry in glass cases.”

“I wish I can give this place 5 stars but there’s one worker who is always so loud and rude and gets upset when customers look through things and don’t put things back. She’ll start banging things around making all kinds of noises throwing things and dropping things on the floor and making awful comments. As if she’s trying to scare whoever “made a mess” . She’ll yell across the store to her coworkers it’s so unprofessional. Now , for the nice people , I think his name is Henry , he is Indian , he is the sweetest man ever. Always greets me , stops to have an actual conversation with me , genuinely asks me how I’m doing and how was my holiday. There’s also a blonde lady with glasses she speaks pretty good Spanish she is also very nice to ask for help and also an Asian older lady. I love going in and seeing them. There’s also a very tall casucasian gentleman always greets me as well. I haven’t seen the other lady in a long time.”
“I shopped at Talbots for most of my clothing for decades. I no longer shop at Talbots because I now get my Talbots clothing at the Echo Shop. I’m very particular about what I wear, and the quality and styles keep me coming back.”
“The displays of items are always timely and attractively stocked. Special sale prices often give extra savings. The staff are helpful, pleasant and cheerful. We always find wonderful clothes or household items that we are very happy with and enjoy.”
“Came to donate some nice stuff but ended up in a full-on prison intake simulation. The guy at the back door barked orders like I was about to be processed—told me to stand behind a line with the authority of someone who either just got released, escaped, or moonlights as a CO. Not sure which, but honestly, 10/10 for realism. Great place to donate if you’re also prepping for jail.”

“Went in at 2:30p on a Friday and dropped off 2 boxes. There were 2 people there. One person to collect donations and another person to write the receipt. The person collecting donations was very nice and friendly. Drop off was very easy.”
“I always always find nice brand name clothes, shoes and household items and accessories such as scarfs and purses. They have an excellent selection and the prices are good. They usually have colored tags sales where certain items are a percentage off.”
“Great experience dropping off donations. The staff here were efficient, friendly, and helpful. The parking lot allows you to drive to the drop off spot for easy unloading. We went at night and there was no line or wait. I appreciate that they accept a wide variety of donation items.”
“The donation goes through fast and smoothly. After the donation, you will receive a 20% discount. The products are well sorted. Some of them are good bargains. Found Lovery book just for $1.5 while the original pice is $15 on Amazon”
“I recently visited this Goodwill of Silicon Valley and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The store is clean and relatively well-organized, which makes browsing through the aisles an enjoyable process. While it’s not the largest store, they’ve done a good job of maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
One of the standout features is the selection of books. Whether you're looking for a good read or something specific, their book section is pretty decent for a thrift store, with a nice variety of genres and titles. However, if you're in the market for furniture, you might be a little disappointed. Their selection of furniture is quite limited, so don't expect to find a lot of options in that department.
What they do have, though, is a unique variety of items. I found an interesting collection of wooden dishes, which you don’t typically come across in most stores, along with a decent assortment of toys for children. The clothing section is also worth checking out. While it may not be massive, it offers a good mix of styles for different tastes and sizes. I noticed a few nice shoes as well, though, like most thrift stores, it’s hit or miss depending on what’s been donated recently.
There’s also an eclectic mix of household items, including Chinese ceramics and glassware, which adds a fun, treasure-hunt feel to the store. You never know what kind of unique finds you’ll come across during your visit.
One thing that really impressed me was the staff. They were more than helpful and extremely friendly, making the shopping experience even better. There were plenty of employees on the floor to assist customers and answer any questions, which is something I don't always see in second-hand stores.
In summary, while the furniture selection is lacking, this Goodwill offers a clean and relatively well-organized shopping environment with a good variety of unique items, books, and clothing. The friendly and helpful staff are a definite plus, making it worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a good deal or an unexpected find.”
“I was making some donations today and was helped by Robert. He is always so positive and ready to help. I really appreciate him and all the hard workers here. Thank you Robert!”
