I had a terrible experience at this USPS location. A black male staff member and a Asian female staff member treated me in a way that was clearly discriminatory and unprofessional. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or singled out. This office seriously needs better training on how to treat people with fairness and respect.

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. Two employees (a Black male staff member and an Asian female staff member) treated me in a way that came across as racist and disrespectful. No customer should ever feel singled out or discriminated against when using public services. This office needs better training in professionalism and customer respect.

Worst post office I’ve ever been to, they never deliver your packages On time even if you paid for overnight air. You might as well just pay for normal shipping cause that’s what you’re going to get rude people. I can’t believe they have a job. This is why robots will be replacing all these type of jobs from humans

It's cool, I'm going to try and pay for the redelivery online, which I should have done in the first place. Still a really cool trip.

In a recent conversation regarding frustrations with mail delivery services, a postal employee addressed customer concerns about delays and inefficiencies at their local post office.
First Statement: The employee explained the limitations of the local post office, clarifying that it operates only as a retail window and not as a carrier annex. This means that while mail does arrive at this location, delivery carriers work from a different facility. If a delivery attempt fails, a notice is left, and packages are brought to the post office for customer pickup later, which can sometimes take up to two days depending on the workload.
Second Statement: The employee acknowledged broader frustrations faced by postal workers nationwide due to changes implemented by the current administration. They highlighted that recent layoffs and a shift towards hiring inexperienced temporary workers have exacerbated issues within the Postal Service, resulting in slower mail delivery and increased instances of lost mail. The employee emphasized that postal workers are actively protesting these changes in hopes of improvement but warned that challenges are likely to persist over the next few years.

Read the reviews. Never go here if you value your time or money. Will never scan your packages in the drop box.
Go to UPS or Fedex!!

I have been coming to this post office for several years, and the staff is fantastic! I recently had a package that had disappeared and Christine went above and beyond to track it down. She followed up several times over the phone to keep me updated and was eventually able to locate the package. I couldn't be happier with our local post office.
