Thank You so much Best Buy for your excellent customer service in helping choose the right lap top for me ! The honesty in every detail was so thorough, for a tech novice such as myself ! Your store is a delight to be in and your staff matches that compliment! Friendly and attentive , regardless of the difficulties. I'm so impressed . It's been a week and I love the option and choose and I just want to Thank You so much for making that possible , it's the exact color I wanted and I didn't have to drive to go get it ! The value you are saving me compared to your competitors, is life changing ! Big Thanks Best Buy ! You are the Best on the market for prices , selection , quality , service and care.

Back on Jan., I found the only PS5 I could get my hands on. I called and was sent a link to have one set aside. My experience was 5 star. The gentleman that brought me the system, sat me down like I was buying a car and tried to sell me an extended warranty. I felt somewhat pressured. I didn't appreciate that aspect of the transaction, at all. Other than that, the price was fair. 5 stars for Best Buy in Murrieta.

This location is complete trash. Went to drop $4k on a gaming rig and just stood there, probably for half an hour. Even put my hands up to get help. Employees walked by, looked at me and just acted like I wasn't there. Great way to miss out on a paying customer. I'll be ordering from Amazon, they have newer models, cheaper and a better experience. Don't pay extra for for convenience, if they treat an a customer like this in a store, their customer service must be like living in purgatory.

Need better policy with online orders being picked up. Family member notice bank account was hacked. Merchandise ordered from Best Buy and picked up at murrietta store. Account was blocked before two other orders were complete. When daughter first best buy to try and find out who hacked her account and was given purchase without showing ID, she was transferred to line no one answered. When she finally spoke to some one. That person apologized and funds were refunded to account. But the fact that someone got away with Merchandise using someone else's account is unacceptable.

Walked into this location with the intention of buying the LG OLED evo C3 83 inch 4K Smart TV I've been eyeing for my game room. (It's a $3,000 tv). Literally made eye contact with 7 employees for the 20 mins I was in store, non of them spoke or offered any assistance but at least five of them were conversing amongst themselves . I'll take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GET CELL SERVICE AT BEST BUY. Ill keep it short. Tried to upgrade my cell phone at Best Buy and the employee screwed up my account with ATT. Employee basically suggested I deal with ATT cuz he didn't want to call them and fix his mess up. Walked away from Best Buy with no phone while showing the updgrade on my account. Call ATT and were able to luckily revert the updgrade after being on the phone with them for 40 min. Went back a couple of days as they received new inventory and still couldn't updgrade as it had shown an upgrade had been recently made. Had to choice but to go ATT corporate. As I waited in line, literally the guy in front of me said "Best Buy couldn't upgrade or do anything to my account." One thing I learn is deal with the company providing the service instead of dealing with a retailer such as Best Buy.

Service is really slow if you need something that is locked up. Most of the time I go there to see what an item looks like and then order it from Amazon

There is a lot to choose from. There have been two instances where I have gone to get some hardware and it wasn't available. Was recommended to look for it online or on Amazon. With Fry's no longer open, the older adapters and cables market is up for grabs, and Amazon seems to be the funneled route.

No one helped me but I knew what I wanted,and the price for my 65 in tv. No body helped or asked me if I need help loading it. . But .... if I was rich maybe different every ones your friend..lol
