“I can't rave enough about Jax Bicycle Center in Temecula. My son lives there with his mom while I'm in Seattle, so getting him a birthday bike was tricky - but they made it seamless. Jax worked with me remotely from start to finish: they set everything up, and on the big day, the shiny new bike was ready and waiting when we arrived. Jeff was a total pro, guiding us every step. Even better, when my son popped the rear tire right after, Jeff and the Jax team jumped in remotely again to get it repaired fast - no hassle. My son's mom just had t drop the bike off. Top it off: Multiple former Marines on staff instantly put me at ease (as one myself), knowing they'd handle everything with integrity. Highest recommendation - these guys rock!”

“Rear Derailleur got jammed while riding and swung in here to see if they could help. They immediately threw it up on the stand and adjusted the cable which fixed the problem. Thanks for the quick help to save my ride!”
