“Was driving through town on our way back to Southern California with a very sick mountain bike that wouldn't shift. Called and got a hold of the owner, Randy. He said bring it right in despite being 3:30 on a busy Saturday with them closing at 5 PM.
Randy had it in the stand as soon as we got there and had it fixed within 20 minutes.
Absolutely amazing service at incredible prices. If you want quality work definitely check out old town bicycle company.
