“I won't get into personal affairs but I will say I don't understand the low ratings. Everytime I come here im welcomed and I feel comfortable and warm. Calling on the phone they take great care of me and address every concern and question I have. The staff is amazing and so sweet. The nurses are incredible nd make sure the take everything I have to say seriously. Started coming here five months ago after I had my son and I'm absolutely satisfied with the care I have received thank you to the entire staff for making me feel cared for and understood. You all genuinely care about your patients.”
“Everyone there was so nice from the receptionist checking me in all the way through the medical assistant to the Nurse practitioner!! They were very thorough and didn’t make me wait in the back for more that a few minutes, like most urgent cares do. I’ve always had to wait for at least 10 -15 minutes once called back. This place was able to take care of me and also administer a shot for my severe pain in my back and hip. To top it off the med tech was so gentle giving me the shot. All in all ,a Great urgent care!!”

“Top quality care from Florintino. So helpful he assisted me through triage, ex ray and into see dr. He even went and got me a wheelchair as he could see it was hard for me to walk. He was in urgent care dept on a busy Sunday.”
