“I'd purchased a Dream Cloud mattress on line because of reviews for Labor Day sale. It was delivered sleeped on it for five nights and completely screwed up my back.I went in to store explained what happened tried out 5-6 different beds and I found the one. Cost me a little more but well worth it. I would strongly recommending go to store and try it before you buy it, it will save you time and money, they do know their stuff. Thanks for your help. The store was beautifully laid out and Staci greeted me at the door with a very friendly smile and ready to direct me to what I wanted to see. She showed me what I wanted to look at and answered all my questions but didn’t hover like a vulture circling a carcass. She is very personable, helpful, friendly and capable at her job. She made my purchase easy, fast and stress free. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. They have a nice variety and the prices are reasonable for this economy. “They have the best quality furniture in town! Not only great merchandise, the pricing is solid too! My family went to all the furniture stores in Murrieta and by far this place had the best furniture. The quality and the price you can’t beat. The customer service is above and beyond! Told him that we lived less than a mile away and wanted a quote to have it delivered. The owner basically said I’ll take care of it and delivered the furniture at no cost. WOW not one of these big furniture stores would do this for a customer. We are big fans of this place, and will be our to go place for any future purchases.

“Today the technician from Valley hot Spring spa came to my house and I had a kinked hose. He is the nicest person you could ever meet and knew everything about my spa. He fixed it in a jiffy and now it works better than ever. I highly recommend this company and this technician whatever they’re paying him it’s not enough. He is not only good at what he does but he is a wonderful person, I highly recommend valley Hot Spring spas, and the gentleman that came to my house today is indeed a credit to the company and to all of us thank you very much Valley Hot Springs spa in Murieta.

“We had been looking for some patio furniture for a long time, but we weren’t happy with the quality of things we were seeing.
We decided to go to the Home and Garden show in Las Vegas and met Prema. She was so professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She asked us many questions about exactly what we were looking for and suggested some furniture that met all of our needs. She spent a very long time with us and we never felt rushed to make a decision. They have so many options to choose from and we were able to pick out exactly what we needed for our new patio.
We were very impressed with the quality of the patio furniture and the warranty that came along with it. They delivered our furniture, set it up and took all of the boxes away for us.
We decided to order some covers for our outdoor furniture, so I called Prema to get some information. She got back to me immediately, explained my options, ordered them for me and had them shipped to my home. I’ve always found her customer service to be prompt and exceptional.
Our patio is now complete and it looks absolutely beautiful. We enjoy relaxing outside by our fire pit and entertaining friends in our gorgeous backyard.
