If you aren't 100 percent sure you're moving in do not submit a deposit. I ultimately went with a place closer to my job and have been waiting to have my deposit returned. They claim the funds were returned to my bank over 2 weeks ago and it hasn't been.

We enjoyed our stay here at Gables. Julie was always so welcoming and helpful with anything and everything. Maintenance (Juan and Hector) were always on top of it and took care of any requests we had living here and were always friendly. We would recommend these apartments to family and friends.
