“10/10!! We moved in for a short term lease. Pricing was fair. We moved from out of state. Krystal is a true gem for this company! She made our move so easy! She kept great communication, answered my hundreds of questions and just made me feel at ease with the transition. The grounds are always kept up nicely. Community is safe, property is quiet, tenants are very mindful. Pool area does not get crazy with parties during the summer (an issue I’ve experienced at other apartments). Lots of open parking if you have more than one vehicle. Maintenance team is great! Friendly and quick to resolve issues. Honestly hard to find any negatives. I saw someone post below about mail being broken into, didn’t happen during our six months there. Tbh I’ve toured multiple property’s before and after and this seems to be a common issue sadly. But again, we had no issues during our time here. Overall amazing property and I was honestly sad to leave. Oh, also, got majority of my deposit back. But also left the apartment in good condition. We will miss you guys, thank you for being amazing!”

They described important details like safety features, and nearby stores and schools, which helped me feel confident about what to expect as a resident. Overall, their explanation was professional, honest, and informative.”

“I like that it’s located in a really nice area & relatively close to both freeways. Quiet, clean and safe community. Good amenities with the gym, pools & play areas for the kids. The management does a good job with sending out notifications through email to stay in communication whenever something comes up, which is really helpful, wether it’s a future event, reminders on something or any issues that might be occurring. Overall stay has been good.”

“Lived there for 6 1/2 years. Nice apartment with wood floors and carpeted bedrooms. Washer dryer in unit is a plus. Maintance employees very punctual when we had a request. Girls in leasing office very professional and friendly. Property well maintained. Pool area is clean and nice. Over night Vehicle parking never an issue. Non smoking community which was a plus.”

Now I doubt these improvements happen solely because of my review however every issue I mentioned has been resolved. The landscaping has been trimmed down everywhere, the grass has been mowed, and the absolute best part is the children’s park is now clean! I avoided using it for almost 2 years because of the grime and today we were able to enjoy it! Now hopefully the insect/bug issue will decrease due to their landscaping improvements but I am so happy to see the improvements made. Way to go Pacific landing!

Prior: This is a wonderful, family-friendly community with cozy apartments, beautiful landscaping, and a quiet, welcoming atmosphere—I genuinely feel at home here.
That said, there are a few areas where improvements could make a big difference. The grassy area near the park with exercise equipment is lovely, but it’s often overgrown (up to 12 inches in some spots) and could benefit from more consistent mowing. There’s also a noticeable presence of insects and mosquitoes outdoors; better landscaping maintenance could help reduce this.
The children’s park is great, but it could use more regular cleaning and disinfecting. Some areas, like the rock climbing section, have had stains or debris for an extended period. The pool and jacuzzi are beautiful but could also benefit from more frequent cleaning.
Overall, with a little extra attention to landscaping and cleanliness, this community could be exceptional. Even a slight increase in rent to support these improvements would likely be welcomed by residents.”
