“These folks were a pleasure to get supplies and needed materials from for my bathroom shower/floor re-tile. They were well stocked and even open on Sunday. They were great about returning unused tiles for a refund. Friendly, caring sales/ checkout/customer service. These were my first visits to this store. “Can't say enough about the great customer service we received. We bought 4 fans and then our contractor sent us back to buy 3 wall switches for the fans. The ones we bought did not work properly to set it so we could have two fans to one switch. So we went back and returned them for ones that would work. The whole time back and forth the staff was unbelievably helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you to the wonderful staff! The fans are very nice and so quiet. I defiantly recommend buying from Fan Diego.”

“One of the nicer locations I've been to! They have a fair selection and some of the shelves were SUPER ORGANIZED. I was so shocked since I've been to a lot of Ross stores and understand that everything is always kind of a mess. Considering the awesome deals that you're getting, I'm not expecting a perfect store. Something else that I couldn't believe was that there were so many fitting rooms -- probably 20! The worker that I talked to was very nice and so was the security guard at the door. Will definitely be returning!”

“I went to this company because I was I was on a hurry to get some Fire/water bowls for a pool project I’m building for a customer. Not only did Jesse and his team have bowls for me to purchase but they also had them ready to go in a matter of a couple days. I also needed them to have auto igniters and they put together a package for me and all the parts were included for installation. The owner of this company also is very knowledgeable about his products and will take the time to share his knowledge with you so that you find the best product for your project. I will definitely be using this company for all my Fire feature needs and would highly recommend to others.”
