“We love to enjoy the outdoors so spending a lot of money on our landscape and then having to figure out what furniture will accentuate our landscape was not easy. We checked out some of the biggest companies online like Wayfair, Amazon and retailers like Target, Walmart, Macy’s couldn’t find anything elegant and high quality. We then ventured into Crate & Barrel Pottery Barn, and West Elm but were sticker shocked. The next step we took was to look into smaller companies to see what they had to offer and we encountered StarFire Direct, quite possibly the most impressive company with the quality that they offer and even more impressive was the customer care and follow up. An agent named Scott knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us so many great options! The price was right, and we’ve been hosting gatherings with guests astonished by the sturdiness, beauty, and simplicity of our fire pit and patio set!”

“The staff and products are amazing. They worked with me to get my custom, engraved liquor cabinet barrel before Christmas. I hoped for this but didn't expect it and they came through! The entire process was open and very communicative. This was greatly appreciated in the context of how everything is being impacted now. The barrel is amazing, and I had to buy another half barrel to make my office complete. Great products, service and pricing.”

“My wife and sister in law went in to check out this store in Old Town Temecula. A very nice lady helped them look around. My wife is allergic to nickel and interested in a couple really nice necklaces made from repurposed old time typewriter keys. The lady stated the necklaces were sterling silver and the pendants were pewter. The materials were fine and my wife found one she liked. She also got one as a gift. The lady took time to wrap it up beautifully for her. There are a lot antiques and repurposed items. Hand woven placemats, wood crafted items, and items made from natural materials. They also have a large selection of chalk paint and accessories. I'm sure we will be back the next time we are in town. Check them out!”

“Wow! The place is fun to walk around. It's more than a retail store. There's the main building, but multiple ancillary free-standing buildings out back that look like sheds, with a whole lot more stuff to look at and purchase. They sell clothing in the main building. Household indoor and outdoor decoratives everywhere else. It's the kind of place you wish you could just spend the night at. Very nice ladies at the counter. Spiritually positive.”

“I absolutely ADORE Vintage Begonia!!! What a wonderful store filled with unique home decor, books, great smelling candles, holiday decor etc! The ambiance is so inviting & cozy. Their sales team is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Vintage Begonia is a gem of a store!!! I will definitely be back to shop!”

“Newly one of my favorite stores on Old Town Front Street. Tucked behind the sweets shop, there is plenty to discover: artwork, diningware, knick-nacks, furniture, jewelry, and more.The shopkeeper is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful time browsing, and learning about where the stones/jewels for his wares were sourced from. I even had help finding a stunning ring that fit just right.As for the prices, they are VERY reasonable. Nothing here to break the bank... I'm sure you can just ask and strike a deal just as I had. :) Have fun!!”

“I wanted to share my awesome experience with Tony at Budget Blinds. He came to my home, shared all the same samples, made recommendations and then left it to me to decide. He said he does not push and he was true to his word. It took me about 2 weeks to decide. I ordered and had my shades installed in just over a month. Tony was kind and honest and on time! I highly recommend this business to anyone that is looking at all options for anything window related.”

“Sunday, 2-11-2024: I have shopped here many times before and can't believe I've never written a review. My daughter and I love this store for the variety and prices. Today, I brought my neighbor friend shopping and I believe this was our last stop before having merienda. I noticed the prices have risen since I last shopped here and it has been a while. I took one star off because I was used to it being neat, tidy, orderly, and organized. Today there were parts of the store that was in disarray and some aisles had items strewn on the floors that you couldn't navigate a shopping cart through it. I have never seen it in this manner before. I hope it was just an off day. Anyhow, my friend was on a quest today to find some vases for her house. She hit pay dirt as I saw her full of brightly colored glass vases. She was overjoyed that her search was over & they were on sale! Check out was quick & friendly. Thankfully, that's been a constant here.”

“We went into the store in Temecula a couple times looking for the right recliners. Aliyah was a great deal of help to us and she gave us great customer service. She spent a lot of time with us and she was very patient with us. Besides being patient with us she was super friendly which made us feel very comfortable being there. The recliners were delivered and the gentlemen who delivered them were very professional. Great customer service and super comfortable chairs.....exactly what we wanted!!! “I went in the store in Temecula after doing research because, I have arthritis in my neck and I needed a special pillow for sleeping. Mary helped me to find one and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up buying 2 comfortfit pillows and 2 true temp pillow protectors. We have been using them for a couple weeks now and they are amazing! Thank you to Mary for the great customer service!”

“I enjoyed the visit to this small World Market location even though there was a little hiccup at the cash wrap. Some signage got mixed on the shelf- same product, wrong SKU resulting in wrong price point at cash out. The very young and inexperienced at cashier and customer service person need some additional training- the price point came up 3 times the advertised shelf price (?) so I questioned it because I read to make sure the product matched what I saw. I asked him for a “price check” and he reported to me he did one with the scanner in his hand…, I could see he didn’t understand the request having ultra reliance on trusting only th computer before him- not his fault but his attitude in correction or self learning could have taken a hike, imho as he got defensive when I asked him to please have someone price check the shelf price because something appeared to be incorrect, instead of calling for assistance with a growing line, he panicked and became rude in his actions wanting to make it appear as if my asking for a price check of a 3X increase was unreasonable. I didn’t want to embarrass the kid, so I suggested he put things on hold and I’d go find someone to price check with me since he didn’t seem to know or be willing to call for assistance- he told me I “someone is back there”, so I went looking. He was able to move to another register and help the growing line as I did that.The more senior, yet still very young representative that did assist me came and saw that the product was the same, it was marked clearly but that there was a company error to do with the SKU. He apologized and offered to honor the reduced price because of it- I took the offer graciously but wouldn’t have forced the issue as I could see how the employee that made the mistake could have made such a mistake - it was a fine detail- however mystery solved and it got resolved. The fact that I was offered to honor the price was a very nice gesture (even if it is the law) it wasn’t a bait and switch scenario - it was a simple mistake and I appreciated the professional approach.Maybe some polish up work on how to deal better with interactive and educated consumers, harmless conflict resolution and customer service- pass it down to all the team members!Fun store, lots of cool pieces and unique finds!”
