“I had the best experience in ANY home improvement store today in many years. Shane helped us today in the door lock section. We were interested in converting a few doors in the house to powered smart locks, due to a failed door lock. I shot out a steady stream on questions relating to power source, apps & wifi capability, finish, keypad durability, and differences in brands. Shane approached us and was very helpful in answering detailed questions and throwing out some suggestions on finish options, and possible solutions. We were very satisfied. Shoot a bonus to Shane.”

I had just purchased a good sized freezer for our garage and it was missing one of the bins on the inside of the door. She had to call me back to find out about this model and to talk it over with her manager. She called me right back with awesome news, stating that I would receive the missing bin in the mail in about a week to a week and a half.
