We took our cat for grooming services. When we went to pick her up, they didn't say anything was wrong. After we got home and got her after the crate, she was covered in blood. We immediately called the store and were told it's not her blood, but groomers. We cleaned her out and didn't see any additional blood. However her behavior changed immediately. She went from loving, affectionate cat, to hiding from us, not eating, not playing. Three days later she started limping and "crying". We took her to urgent care and were explained that limping is due to her missing three nails and them being infected. I now have $900 vet bill, distraught animal and daughter. When we went back, we were told different story to how she pulled her three nails

So dirty and disgusting. Groomer area worse. We had fleas jumping all.over us in the waiting area. Place is infested. Lucky my boy treated! We end up leaving with no service. Once we walked out, we were good. The so called joke of a manager kid explai s alot why this place is a disgusting disaster. Notified corporate & BBB

cashier at the front today was so rude when trying to make a return. I had no receipt since I did not get one at a different location, and I have no account since I usually shop at petco.. I get not having the receipt is annoying but I have proof of purchase on my card. I just needed to make a quick exchange I'm not sure why it was so difficult to use my card and see the transaction? The manager was helpful and just advised to do the exchange, no big deal. However, cashier at the front seemed annoyed to be helping me and sounded like she was sighing in my face.. I definitely look/am young, but that doesn't mean you can be rude! I work in customer service myself, I have never acted like that towards someone with no receipt lol. I try to help them as much as I can.

I used to go to PetSmart Groomers all the time which the groomer I had there did good, however their prices have increased ridiculously so I decided to find another groomer who is awesome but unfortunately my groomer that I have been using is on maternity leave so I had to go back to Petsmart. I took my dog. She's a multi poo about two weeks ago. I often wash her eye brush her do whatever I can in between. However, she was a little matted & they charged me a ridiculous about for just a hair $100 and when she came home it's been about two weeks. She is extremely skittish scared when I go to pet her it's like somebody hit her there. Her attitude has totally changed. She bit my mother when she tried to pick her up but she's never bit anybody and now she's peeing a little bit of blood which I read can be due to stress, again this all started after we left. I'm not sure what happened, but again this did not start until after I took her there two weeks ago. I am very angry. I paid all that money. She came out with no cute bow on her head or even a little scarf around her neck. You would think for $100 haircut she would come out with a little bow or something like they used to do there..Her attitude and reactions have been crazy. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN. I do feel like because she was a little matted they were too hard on brushing her out. I have no idea, but my dog is NOT the same and it's very concerning and I do not have the money to go get her checked out when the blood started coming a day or two after she left there. I AM SO USPET WITH THEM. It's been 2 weeks and she is still not acting like herself. I am pretty pissed. I will be calling the corporate office. This is unacceptable.!!!!

After being reluctant to do training classes through a retail store, we noticed they were holding a promotion for training evaluations and decided to look into it. We got in contact with Eileen T who has been the biggest blessing to us in our new lifestyle with our rescued dog. We've gone through three training courses all with her and my dog continues to excel in her learning and most of all behavioral issues!! Eileen helped us to understand how to read dog body language and how to create a positive environment around training to make the dog want to listen to us. We can always look forward to a training session with Eileen and the wonderful energy she brings to each day! My dog certainly loves her as well ! Will definitely continue to grow and develop our dog under Eileen's instruction !

I am writing this message to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received for my dog at Pestmart in this location. After multiple visits to address my dog's ear pain, I feel compelled to share my negative experience. The staff attempted to sell us numerous unnecessary items. The doctor suggested using a tube in my dog's ear, promising it would provide relief for some time, but it came with a hefty price tag of $350. Reluctantly, we paid for the procedure. However, after three weeks, we noticed that my dog was still experiencing the same pain. We decided to return to Pestmart, only to be told that we had to pay another $350 because the initial treatment had failed. We reluctantly paid for the second procedure, hoping for a different outcome. Sadly, just one week later, the same issue persisted. When we brought our dog back to the veterinarian, the doctor displayed a rude and dismissive attitude, actively avoiding our questions. I am left questioning whether any proper treatment was administered to my precious pet. It is disappointing to witness such a level of unprofessionalism and disregard for animals.

Just wanted to give you a heads up. Went in for my first intermediate dog training class (ready I had already finished the beginner class with a different instructor) Eileen .T informed me That I could not use my pincher training collar in their class that I had used previously. I would've went and bought a different collar to continue my training with no problem. But with the Karen attitude and bitchiness in her voice, there was no way I was going to spend money in that store or start my training. The store gave me a full refund and I was on my way. I'll keep looking and I suggest you do too!
