“I come here because it's closer and less traffic from Driving from Hemet to Moreno Valley Kaiser and I enjoy going to this Kaiser Murrieta and We both Come here to pickup our Pain Medication that Can't be mailed.
The Employees are so friendly and I sure don't miss Driving to Kaiser Riverside Medical Center moved to Kaiser Murrieta once they opened but I'm 100% Disabled Veteran and they don't have enough Handicapped Parking spaces and 4 different times that I drove there I had to park at the very end of the parking area and because of my Disability it's hard for me to get out of my small truck because thr car parked next to me park so close that I had to wait 30 Minutes until the Lady who parked next to me was over the White Line and yelled at for telling her to please hurry up because I was unable to get out of my truck and even gave me the Finger as she left.
Please add at least 30 more Spaces because of the limited Space for US Disabled Veteran who served 22 years in Combat in 5 different countries and shot 4 different times and a Cancer Surveyor after 14 years Cancer Free because of Kaiser.”

“I have been to this location multiple times this year for vaccines. The pharmacist and staff is very helpful and accommodating. One time I was on my way in for an OB appt and I only had 10 mins to spare, and they gave me both my covid and my flu shot right away so I could make my appt on time. Another time they put a vaccine on hold for me and called my insurance to get it covered. I am very impressed with their customer service and expertise. 10/10 would recommend this pharmacy!”

“I had a problem filling a perscription that is very much needed for everyday health and have to say that Renee who works at the Cal Oaks CVS in Target went out of her way to make sure I recieved the medication, where it was available and paved the way to the other CVS store to pick it up. Found the way the system is set up probably from the state is a major leage hassel for the ones who need certain medications. Renee worked with all that and even my impatience. Can't thank her enough.”

“Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up my medication today that isn't the pharmacist fault. The lead pharmacist Christina is still i believe to be the nicest person ever. Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose where it can potentially complicate your health. That being said although it didn't work out for me this pharmacy has amazing people and I just wanted to leave an honest comment from a person not benefiting from anything for reviewers to see.
After my experience yesterday and speaking with the board I've realized it's not my job to tell all I've realized Karma will deal. To all I hope you have a better experience than I have to those who know what they did karma will come back around and they will remember this if not hey no worries but you will see it.”

The only issue is that the food area is too close to the check out area and seems to be where the bottle neck is. If the food line is long it can be a challenge making a quick scan and go exit. Quick tip: download the app and use scan and go if you haven't already done so. Saves tons of time.”

My doctor recommended Procare after my last pharmacy didn’t want to assist me because they were “losing money” on one of my prescriptions, eventhough I offered to pay cash to offset their loss. Anyways, since my first experience Procare has been a dream! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. They never make you feel like a bother and they have always treated me with respect- whether I call the pharmacy or am there in person. The pharmacist ensures I understand my new medications, when to take them, and possible side effects. They are truly kind people that love what they do.
