“I have been to this location multiple times this year for vaccines. The pharmacist and staff is very helpful and accommodating. One time I was on my way in for an OB appt and I only had 10 mins to spare, and they gave me both my covid and my flu shot right away so I could make my appt on time. Another time they put a vaccine on hold for me and called my insurance to get it covered. I am very impressed with their customer service and expertise. 10/10 would recommend this pharmacy!”

“I’ve been through three or four pharmacies over the last few years due to various issues. My doctor recommended Procare after my last pharmacy didn’t want to assist me because they were “losing money” on one of my prescriptions, eventhough I offered to pay cash to offset their loss. Anyways, since my first experience Procare has been a dream! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. They never make you feel like a bother and they have always treated me with respect- whether I call the pharmacy or am there in person. The pharmacist ensures I understand my new medications, when to take them, and possible side effects. They are truly kind people that love what they do. I drive 30 minutes to use this pharmacy, and am happy to do so. I’m happy to support a small family owned business versus those large chain pharmacies any day!”

“I checked out other reviews on CVC Pharmacy. Personally, I've never had anyone be anything but very friendly and accommodating, and I've been there MANY times. They have a vast amount of goods to choose from. Even an assortment of grocery items and tons of candy. They have a whole array of makeup and of course all things needed for cuts and scapes or the flu. Whatever one might need for over the counter stuff. They even carry seasonal stuff, like for Halloween or Christmas or Easter. Or wine and beer if you want to celebrate nothing or everything., Plus, there's a pharmacy! Of course there is! And I've picked up many scripts there with no issues. So, I dunno, I'm giving them FIVE STARS, because, like I said, I've never had an issue. with them.”

“I had a problem filling a perscription that is very much needed for everyday health and have to say that Renee who works at the Cal Oaks CVS in Target went out of her way to make sure I recieved the medication, where it was available and paved the way to the other CVS store to pick it up. Found the way the system is set up probably from the state is a major leage hassel for the ones who need certain medications. Renee worked with all that and even my impatience. Can't thank her enough.”

“Stopped in for my Favorite Fiesta ORGANIC Uncooked tortillas They are SO tasty! All Albertsons have them. They don't all put them in the same spot. I had help finding them. I APPRECIATE that who ever the buyer is for Albertsons, they know lots of folks PREFER ORGANIC CHOICES. I APPRECIATE THAT ALBERTSONS HAS AS MANY CHOICES OF ORGANICS AS THEY DO! Lots of the "staple" grocery items and at good prices! After purchasing my items I had 2 concerns. One I didn't get my MicroPopz and two I thought I was over charged. I went back into the store. Debby at customer service explained that they did have some of the MicroPopz and she made sure I received mine. And she took care of my overcharged item. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING! Thank you Debby! You made my shopping experience continue to be what I've come to expect from "MY" Albertsons! Cool part is... Both employees (and one might have been manager, but you wouldn't have been able to tell by their consistent kindness) were helpful in explaining that I could combine my crumpled up coupons, and then went above and beyond to ensure the item they said would count as Summer Seasonal actually had that discount applied!! “I like this CVS a lot. All the people that work in the store are nice. What's important to me is how the employees in the pharmacy treat me and they're always helpful. My son has medical issues and we've had a few situations with authorizations for prescriptions with my insurance that were completed with their help. They're respectful and kind and in a few cases they've gone out of their way to help us. Last week the CVS in Target didn't bother to keep a medication in stock after my son had been on it for a year. I got sick of their poor attitude and laziness, so I had my doctor send it to this CVS. They filled it fast and when I went to pick it up, they were very nice. When I had called them to have it transferred, they were nice and didn't act like I was bugging them. They are always busy but they manage to fill my prescriptions on time and I've called before and asked them to fill it earlier than the scheduled time, and they've done that too. 5 stars for them! I've been shopping here for 2 years and they have been good to me.”

“Was visiting the area from out of town when my host had some medical issues come up on our trip. The urgent care here is the only Kaiser location for miles around so clearly stays pretty busy. Ample parking and AC in the waiting more. The employees were courteous with us and there is an on site coffee shop. The space is clean. Outdoor spaces designed with humans in mind. This has been a very pleasant urgent care experience for me....not sure I would add it to any TripAdvisor list for another tourist to come intentionally visit.”

“We stopped shopping at the store on Clinton Keith because of a nasty cashier, we started shopping at the Cal Oaks location because of the meat manager (she's very kind and always smiling) , the majority of the staff are always kind and helpful. I've had a lot of good experiences and i wish i got all of their names but the stand out in the service deli is Christian. I always get the same meat and almost always he rushes to help me. Cuts it the perfect thickness and is always kind. He sees me and asks if i want capicola? It's always a yes and he handles it with a smile. I always smile when he asks. I used to work in that business and it's impressive that out of all the people he helps, he remembers my order. I bet im not the only one too. I appreciate him and all the countless others who have helped make our experience better and brighter. Great store, great staff! Bravo”

“This is why I hate using the drive-thru. I needed to come to this particular Walgreens because it's a trusted partner with (I know you read the review) United Airlines. Hawaii bound travelers need Covid testing to avoid the mandatory 10 day island quarantine. The rules are: make an appointment on the Walgreens website, bring proof on who you are, don't enter the store, just go through the pharmacy drive-thru. It's simple. The only hiccup is the wait. I stayed in line for over an hour and a half and there was only 6 cars ahead of me. I guess the appointment was just to order your test kit. Pulling up to the window, the tech on the other side will inform you when to roll down your window, prove who you are, and watch you in action. The testing is all self administered. I have no clue why it took those 6 in front of me so long? I was done in 10 mins?!?!? From proving who I am, to the tech answering my questions. I guess people were scared to shove the swab so far up their nose that it tickles their brain. Me I just wanted out so the didn't care about the temporary discomfort. I was informed it would be the standard 3-5 business days for results. Overall four stars. I can't blame them completely for the long wait time. It could easily be the people ahead of me being unprepared. Service as quick and very professional. Now excuse me, I have to go inside. I shouldn't have drank all that coffee. M”
