“What a surprise gem in Hemet! We recently moved here and after another terrible experience at a big chain pharmacy, my wife decided to try refilling a script at Hemet Care. She was blown away by their kindness, attention to detail and how quickly they filled her prescription so she told me I have to try them.
I called a couple of days before my scheduled doc appointment to let them know my doc would be sending a prescription over and there were a few brands of my medication that I prefer and a brand I absolutely hate. The lady on the phone was so sweet, patient and helpful. It almost felt too good to be true, as I am so used to dealing with CVS and Walgreens. She checked their vendors, let me know the brands available to them and let me choose!
As they don’t normally carry my medication, they ordered it for me and said it would be waiting here after my doc sends it in. Sure enough, an hour after my doc sent them the script, I get a call that it’s ready! Chain pharmacies take 2-4 days to fill my meds (which I have to take daily no matter what so that’s crazy in itself) and this beautiful little pharmacy not only filled it immediately but also pre-ordered next months so I will have it ready!
I will now be moving all of my medications here and, if you are reading this, I urge you to do the same. Amazing pharmacy and even more amazing people running it.”

“I come here because it's closer and less traffic from Driving from Hemet to Moreno Valley Kaiser and I enjoy going to this Kaiser Murrieta and We both Come here to pickup our Pain Medication that Can't be mailed.
The Employees are so friendly and I sure don't miss Driving to Kaiser Riverside Medical Center moved to Kaiser Murrieta once they opened but I'm 100% Disabled Veteran and they don't have enough Handicapped Parking spaces and 4 different times that I drove there I had to park at the very end of the parking area and because of my Disability it's hard for me to get out of my small truck because thr car parked next to me park so close that I had to wait 30 Minutes until the Lady who parked next to me was over the White Line and yelled at for telling her to please hurry up because I was unable to get out of my truck and even gave me the Finger as she left.
Please add at least 30 more Spaces because of the limited Space for US Disabled Veteran who served 22 years in Combat in 5 different countries and shot 4 different times and a Cancer Surveyor after 14 years Cancer Free because of Kaiser.”

“I typically use Riteaid but now I have transferred all my medication to Smart Care Pharmacy. I was informed last week by riteaid my pain medication was in back order and they are unaware when they will have any in stock. I called all the main chain pharmacies with no hope Until I called this pharmacy. Smart care pharmacy was able to fill my prescription and even set up delivery for my other medication. They were so understanding and reassuring. Never again will I go anywhere else for my medications.”

I was being treated at the Urgent Care next-door to them wanted to confirm that if they took my insurance. They confirmed they do. So back I went and to be seen by the doctor at the Urgent Care
Once done they called over the prescription and within minutes medpro had my prescription filled and I was on my way
when you’re not feeling well this is how it should be taken care of.

“Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up my medication today that isn't the pharmacist fault. The lead pharmacist Christina is still i believe to be the nicest person ever. Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose where it can potentially complicate your health. That being said although it didn't work out for me this pharmacy has amazing people and I just wanted to leave an honest comment from a person not benefiting from anything for reviewers to see.
After my experience yesterday and speaking with the board I've realized it's not my job to tell all I've realized Karma will deal. To all I hope you have a better experience than I have to those who know what they did karma will come back around and they will remember this if not hey no worries but you will see it.”

“I came to the store thinking this would be a in n out situation because of the walgreens app I'm usually satisfied with the app but not this time I was stuck on the aisle scratching my head even went to the pharmacy department but they were so busy with a long line I didn't have time to wait then this girl name destiny who is a Walgreens employee offered me help she was amazing I explained my situation she help me with the correct aisle and even came up to me with a cheaper price over the counter medication that was on clearance. As I was waiting in line to get checked out I went and asked for her help with another issue and she was fast knew exactly what I was talking about even with the embarrassing story of why I was looking for this and she made me feel no judgment took me to the exact location of the product I was there for in the first place .
