“Genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find theses days. I generally consider a good one time experience a fluke or something like that. But when it happens repeatedly by the same person, that is nothing short of great customer service.Ivy is the very pharmacist I speak of. She has a genuine love for her occupation and the people she serves. This is evident in the way she provides a personal concern in ensuring she has done all she can to make sure all my concerns are met, my questions are answered and that I don't pay more than I need to for my prescriptions.Many times I would mention my frustration over the high costs of medications. On several occasions, she would go on-line to retrieve coupons for me which would greatly lower the cost of certain medications. She would provide good sound advise so I can properly decide as to the best option for re-fills and insurance coverage.When she sees me walking towards the counter, she greets me by name with a glowing smile and retrieves my prescription/s ahead of time.In all the many years I've gone to various pharmacies, never have I received this level of sincere customer service from a pharmacist.In conclusion, if Ivy were to re-locate to another pharmacy farther away and less convenient, I would gladly go out of my way to wherever that maybe!”

“We were just at our local Albertsons store in Wildomar off of Clinton Keith. They're fully stocked and even have lots of toilet paper on the shelves. Not many stores can say that! They were out of hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes, but that's expected in these circumstances. It's our neighborhood store and we usually go in at least once day on our Starbucks run, so we know them well. They've always been great and know us all on a first name basis; even our kids. They are not in a rush to get us out of line and take the time to ask how we're doing. They have been really amazing through this and have been keeping the store fully stocked throughout the day. They have are good about enforcing the limits on the hard to find items; making it fair for everyone. We really appreciate that, because I'm have a very compromised immune system and need to limit my time out of the house keep visits to the stores at a minimum. Their cleanliness is above par and it shows. We've had no choice to got into two different local big box stores. Neither of them were busy, but the employees weren't educated or at least not sticking to the 6 feet rule. That's a really high stress situation for someone that's had cancer and told by doctors not to go out. It's so appreciated that our Albertsons is going out of their way to distance the customers; even while they wait in line. The plastic shields at the registers show that they care about their customer's safety during this. Thanks Albertsons!!!”
