“What a fantastic 5 star experience! The USPS offices in Menifee were closed so I came here on a Saturday just after noon. The two ladies here are amazing and offer absolutely outstanding service! They are friendly and courteous, I was offered a free label and package tape (unlike at many USPS offices where they make you pay for a simple sticky label nowadays! Literally saw it last week in Oceanside).
Whenever back in the area so will happily come here again for my postal needs ♥🥰”

“I think the post office in Old Town is understaffed the line exceeds the waiting room they do their best to accommodate the customers the folks inside are very very friendly and they remember your name it's an old hometown post office I've been receiving my mail there since early 80s the only problem is that the groundskeeper is the worst. is there is no maintenance on the building no maintenance of the parking lot and no maintenance in the green area they just simply ignore that little post office that does so much business for Old Town and it's not the fault of the folks that are in their sorting the mail it has to do with the main post office on rancho California road the totally ignores the little post office in Old Town what a shame a nice little Old Post office in very very very very very very nice folks inside that remember your name”
“I truly have never had a bad experience at this post office. Everyone here is incredibly patient and friendly and take the time to make sure they offer quality customer service. My packages never go missing when I post out of here. Considering the disrespect their profession often sees, I'm so happy that the hardworking folks at our local USPS are keeping our mail service strong.”
“Yes they are very busy and the parking area not so good. But, the workers are trying their best. It’s busier than usual due to mail boxes broken in to so you have to pick up your mail. Our normal mail delivery for Woodbine lane, Menifee is doing great. She has gone to deliver some of the packages right to your home. Thank you.”

I’m not used to sending these types of packages and this last time, 7/6/25 Maria was exceptionally helpful. She really has patience and gives the personal attention one may need when needing help.
