“My rental experience was great. From making the reservation, pick up, and turn in was extremely easy. The people who I interacted with were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The equipment was clean and available per my reservation.
My only issue was where I had to turn-in my rental truck. There is a U-Haul center 5.5 miles from my house, but I was required to turn it in at a location that was 18 miles away. Other than that, my experience was awesome. This was not my first time renting from U-Haul, and I will definitely utilize them in the future.
