“Great experience overall. The unit was well kept, and Chanel, the onsite manager, was very kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. She really went above and beyond to help me with my account. The only thing to be aware of is that cancellations are handled through corporate, so that process can feel a little corporate and less personal.”

“Unexpectedly needed a storage unit in a pinch and didn't have time to fool around. Was able to get into a unit within hours, before the very nice employee even had time to call and welcome me. Then suddenly I needed a second unit and had even less time to fool around. The process was so quick and easy. So glad Extra Space was there when I needed them. Much, much better than my experience with another storage chain (initials PS), even though I had reserved that one well in advance. I am paying more at Extra Space because I didn't catch a sale, but it's worth it.”

“Whenever I am in need of a truck or moving van I always go to the U Haul on Jefferson in Murrieta, I try to reserve the equipment online ahead of time so I know it will be available and that works great, but if you don't reserve it in advance, if they have what you need available they will be happy to rent it to you. The staff is always very kind and helpful and the equipment is always clean and ready to use! Thank you for everything!”

Very professional and respectful.....Most importantly they listened to helpful input.....I will be using this service moving forward and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of moving services.. I had a front loading washer moved from 1st floor to 2nd floor 75kg...these 2 guys handled it no problems.... Well worth the price!!!
