“Great experience overall. The unit was well kept, and Chanel, the onsite manager, was very kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. She really went above and beyond to help me with my account. The only thing to be aware of is that cancellations are handled through corporate, so that process can feel a little corporate and less personal.”
“I just recently moved while 9 months pregnant and needed a storage unit for a lot of my things that I couldn’t bring to my apartment since we were down sizing and I was able to do everything online within minutes. I was also able to choose my storage unit which was nice because I wanted something I could easily access since I was struggling to walk with my swollen feet. I was able to choose one that was right next to the door for the units that were inside. I also like that I can access my unit pretty late at night because I can move things while it’s cool at night and not busy on the road. It was very easy to access the gate and the whole setup process was easy as well. I highly recommend getting a storage unit here because it’s the best price in town for a good amount of space and you can do everything on your own and don’t have to go in (maybe just once to verify your identity but that was less than 3 mins). Also, it keeps my mind at ease knowing that my belongings are guarded at night with cameras and a security gate.”

I was having an extremely tough day, and ended up breaking down and losing my keys.
Sandra, who was working at the time of my plight, was SO incredibly kind and helpful.
Not only did she do her job to help me with my storage unit issues/questions, she went out of her way to make me feel safe and comfortable while my keys were missing.
Sandra made a bad experience turn back around to a good experience, and she did it so fast and effortlessly!
She’s also very knowledgeable when it comes to her job/position, and amazing when it comes to handling the general public.
I’m a few days late writing this review, but I couldn’t let Sandra go unnoticed!!! ❤❤❤”

“Extremely easy to aquire the storage we needed. Actually was offered a better deal than I got on-line. Unit was clean and well lit. Accces thru one gate only with code and is monitored 24/7. Hours of access are convenient. (6am-10pm). You will need a commercial disk lock. They have them for sale if you don't.
I highly recommend StaxUP for all your storage needs. Excellent customer service and clean facility and very competitive prices.”
“I have rented a storage unit for at least four or five years. I started with a small unit, then moved to a large unit, and currently moved into a medium unit. My interactions with the staff is good and this includes the new staff. My items are stored in the air conditioned unit. I choose this particular unit due to items I bought 40 yrs ago in Germany. The wood items have kept good over the years in the unit. The facility is well kept and carts are available as needed. They also provide locked restrooms for their customers. My only concern is the price increases. However, they will listen to your concerns to and help find solutions. Customers can purchase moving accessories in the lobby area. The facility has security cameras and Uhaul trucks for rent. The administration team are strong advocates for the community and invite customer participation. I am happy here and the facility is close to my home. Lastly, you have access to your unit seven days a week which is a huge convenience. “I had been a 20 year customer with Storage West which transitioned into Cube Smart. The current manager, Patricia, is wonderful. I remember her while she was training here during the transition from Storage West. At age 70 I am downsizing and no longer will be using commercial storage space. But I was happy and my belongings were safe here for 20 years. Under Patricia‘s Management, I cannot recommend Cube Smart any higher. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness Patricia. Very professional and respectful.....Most importantly they listened to helpful input.....I will be using this service moving forward and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of moving services.. I had a front loading washer moved from 1st floor to 2nd floor 75kg...these 2 guys handled it no problems.... Well worth the price!!! I want to give Shawn a quick shout out because he worked with me late into the evening to try and get me a couple guys..definitely went the extra mile.”
