Jesus welcomed us to the center and was polite, professional, and informative,. He was very encouraging and positive about the benefits of the program for my wife and me. Jesus listened well and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed our visit and appreciate the professional and motivating experience.

Jenn is so motivating and makes me want to come back for my workouts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable always willing to help out or answer questions. I’ve never felt so comfortable going to a gym as I do here.

Do not hesitate to join. I’ve been coming to UMF for close to 2 years. The trainers and staff feel like family. Everyone is kind and helpful, doesn’t matter what level you’re in, they will make the proper accommodations and/or modifications to achieve a positive gym experience.
