Quick update: I recently got a significant update on my ID.4 , more than a day of work so I was a bit concerned. My advisor, Travis Benedict, was a pleasure to work with, made sure everything was done and did a quick inspection with me to ensure satisfaction. I have to say the service team is on the ball and made a long experience a pleasant one. Maybe I should consider an ID.7?
2025 Update: I was skeptical but went in to check some end of the year deals and ended up getting a new ID.4 Jace Campbell was the rep I worked with and he was a pleasure I actually can't believe I ended up getting a new vehicle. Also Kudos to Adrian in finance also, they gave me a great experience with the dealership and I cannot thank both of these gentlemen enough.”

“I found a 2022 Maverick on your web site and ordered it. Jackie Elkins called me for a test drive. I paid cash and purchased it. The truck had a fowl odor of rats or mice.
Israel Garcia in Service tried for 2 weeks to mitigate the problem without success. CarMax purchased it back from me and I found another 2022 Maverick and purchased it. This whole proccess took a couple months.
