“The guys that diversified Auto do a really good job. This is my second time using them for a engine replacement. They do great work and their warranty is within industry standards. I would recommend them over any of the mechanics that I've dealt with in the past.”

“People are so good with their customers. They did free alignment check for my van and gave me the cost of the repair. I did the repair myself to save money and went back to finish the job. They did the alignment and told me in detail about my van .”

I’m confident in their skill and knowledge and will be a repeat customer for things I can’t tackle myself. Trustworthy team with honest and fair pricing 👍”

“Purchased a v10 Audi R8. The service, the transaction and the car were absolutely top notch. Frank was the sales associate and did an excellent job. Minor issue with the car discovered after delivery and a technician was sent to my house to fix it within 24 hrs. West Coast Exotics will be my default store for purchasing “no drama” cars.”

“Great service with a professional staff who take the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The repair to remove and replace my Evap Charcoal Canister and Purge Valve for my 2014 Toyota Sienna went very well. Paul, James and Frank did a great job. The extra bonus which I really appreciate is the shuttle home and pickup service provided by P and T Auto Service. They are my go to shop for all my auto repairs.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this place and the owner. The owner was beyond helpful and most importantly honest. Finding an honest mechanic is like finding an honest politician and I swore I would leave a review because how rare it is and it warmed my heart to know honest people still exist. The owner helped me even though they were technically closed and when he new he wouldn’t be able to fix the problem as quickly as the dealership he called the dealership on my behalf and made me an appointment to get in faster. You won’t regret going here.”

“There guys are excellent. They recently replaced the shocks on my truck and I couldn’t have been happier. When Anthony called to let me know that the truck was ready, he said he hadn’t needed some of the parts he’d ordered, so the price would be less than he’d quoted!”

“Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Eli's Auto Repair! I was cruising down DeLuz in my Miata, when out of nowhere, my car decided it was a great time to give up on me. There I was, stranded, with the picturesque view as my only solace. Enter Tony from Eli's Auto Repair, the guy literally climbs up the side of the mountain where I was stuck. No joke, it felt like watching a superhero in action. He had all his tools with him and got straight to work. Tony not only fixed my car on the spot but also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to avoid similar issues in the future. His expertise was obvious, and the personalized service was something I didn’t expect but totally appreciated. If you're ever in a bind, or just need regular maintenance, Eli's Auto Repair is the place to go. Professional, reliable, and frankly, just cool people. Thanks to Tony and Eli, my Miata and I were back on the road, adventure resumed. Five stars all the way!”

“Wow I cannot recommend this place enough. Olivia was such a pleasure to talk to and was so helpful! I brought in my 2022 Tesla Model X which got a crack in the bottom left of the windshield and she wasn’t able to guarantee the work based on the type of crack so sue did the best she could and didn’t even charge me. I am so thankful cause I just got this new vehicle and was not in the position to buy a new window. So thank you again Olivia!”

“Price for certain services is very nice compared to other places. I used a coupon for 50$ synethic oil and got tire rotations as well. Total was 75$ or something. Took a little longer than other places for the service, but maybe there was a line or longer services beforehand. Water cup machine, AC running and I believe they have a free K-cup machine for customers. All staff and desk attendants are super cool and friendly.”

“I had a great experience with 395 Auto & Performance. Rene, the service advisor, was very helpful from the moment I arrived and walked me through the inspection process. I brought in my 2021 Toyota Supra for a second pre-purchase inspection for extra reassurance since Carvana offers a 7-day return policy. Rene gave me helpful pointers and general maintenance information about the Supra, including what to expect during ownership. He also explained that I would receive pictures from the inspection, which I really appreciated. The inspection cost $250 and took about 2 hours. Afterward, I received both a text and email with the inspection results and recommendations. Rene also shared that he regularly partners with local shops for car inquiries and refers customers to specialists when needed, which showed me that they care about getting people the right help. The front entrance has a smaller waiting area with movies playing, which made the wait more comfortable. One helpful note for first-time visitors: when entering the lot, the main entrance is to the left rather than straight ahead. I accidentally drove toward the back at first, but someone from the smog shop next door kindly redirected me. Overall, the experience was great. I felt comfortable with the service, communication, and professionalism, and I would definitely return to 395 Auto & Performance in the future.”

“This is by far my favorite mechanic. I moved away 8 years ago and I STILL compare mechanics to here. Dimitri is beyond helpful and really cares. I now live on the East Coast and would consider moving back, just to know I had a place I could count on to go above and beyond for my auto needs. Miss this place so much.”

“I've been using Precision Tune Auto Care exclusively for over 15 years. Prices are more than fair and their work is first class. Most importantly Nigel cares about his customers and will never sell or recommend work you don't need. He has earned my trust and my highest recommendation. I consider him my friend not just my mechanic.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Rick’s Automotive Center. As a first-time customer bringing in my older car with multiple issues, I was honestly blown away by the level of care, honesty, and professionalism Rick showed from start to finish. He took the time to go over everything with me; explaining what needed to be done, why it was important, and even showing me the exact problem areas so I could understand what was really going on under the hood. It’s rare these days to find a mechanic who helps you get to know your own car. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and has clearly been doing this for decades. You can feel his pride in his work. He’s not the type to upsell or take advantage—he listens to your concerns, understands your goals for your vehicle, and focuses on what truly matters to get your car back in shape. His communication is excellent, his prices are fair, and he’s genuinely just a kind, down-to-earth person who wants to help. After his repairs, my car honestly feels like it’s back to its younger self again. He fixed problems that other shops either missed or didn’t bother addressing properly. It’s refreshing to finally find a mechanic who values integrity and transparency. Rick makes sure you leave not only with your car running great, but with full confidence in what was done and why. I’m genuinely thankful for his work and the trust he’s earned in just one visit. I’ll definitely be back and plan to have all my vehicles serviced here moving forward. If you want a mechanic who takes pride in every detail, communicates clearly, and treats you with respect; this is the place to go. -Josh”
