I went a couple of weeks on a Saturday and I cant remember the name of the guy who helped us, tall slim but he was one of the nicest when it comes to help us to resolve our issue. It was a young lady I believe she was the manager or some type of supervisor and she was not helpful and kinda annoying when I asked questions but as soon as I mentioned I wanted to add more lines, she was very pushy and barely helping us with stuff we were there for. 5 stars to the guy, 1 stars to her.

Went to this Verizon store recently and Alexis waited on us and answered all our questions! She assisted us in ordering upgraded iPhones and she was just awesome ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased a new phone, was told it was going to take 18 minutes to transfer my data and when I came back the person helping me was leaving and the woman left working didn't know anything 5/16. I spent hours trying to get my phone to work 5/16 and 5/17 to no avail and went back to them on 5/17 but was told the AOL app was down and the same woman couldn't help me, she told me to come back the next day so I did on 5/18 and it was the same woman and her communications skills were so poorly lacking- she was stuck on saying caustic things like, "You didn't tell me that, you didn't say that when you came in." She couldn't move on or wouldn't move on from being accusatory. Then she told me, "Don't talk to me like that." I picked up my phone and I told her her service was horrible and left. I had been in the store less than 2 minutes and I was disgusted at her lack service and demeanor. She kept flopping my phone back to me asking, What can't you do? I couldn't do anything, I couldn't work email, texts or the phone (NOTHING)...so she tried to call me and it went straight to vm on my OLD PHONE and from there her customer service skills just became more apaulling. I literally just spent 2 hours at the Temecula Verizon store and they were wonderful. Not only was my phone not activated they had to replace the SIM card because they couldn't get my NEW phone to work either!!! I would not go here if you are interested in being treated with respect or if you're used to paying for products that actually work and dealing with people who know what they're doing.

I was very happy with the help I recieved. Very nice people working in the store. Jess was very professional, friendly & nice. I appreciate that I went in to buy liquid glass for my phone & that she put it on for me at no extra cost!! Thank you so much!! :)
