“THE GOOD: My experience with this automotive repair shop was all very good. I took my older Subaru, a 2003, in to have a clutch inspection as I felt a slight clutch chatter. Being familiar with the car it concerned me but it was very subtle. They told me there was absolutely no problem with the clutch. The diagnosis fee was reasonable and the waiting room was clean with refreshments and snacks and a clean bathroom right off the waiting room. I was told there were restaurants nearby I could walk to.
They give me a report of my vehicle and told me it was extremely clean, one thing was marked in yellow, the report highlighted green, yellow, and red.
A couple of weeks later on a very hot day I returned because the air conditioner did not seem to be functioning properly as the compressor clutch with cycling, they did ac service and replaced an o-ring on the compressor and a stem on the compressor which is used to attach the hoses for charging the freon. They did not charge me for either of those items nor did they charge me for any additional labor. Their estimate matched exactly with AC service with Freon and die. It's been a week and everything is fine, additionally the clutch chatter seems to have gone away. It had been a long time since the clutch was inspected and because of the high mileage I thought I would get it checked out.
THE BAD: NOTHING BAD TO SAY AT ALL.”
