As a crafter I have bought many things- buttons, fabrics, anything I'm inspired by. There is no other store like it in Napa. With the plethora of tasting rooms downtown, this store provides balance.”

“Mecox, with its odd name, is yet another charming new boutique spot in downtown Napa. It's part of a chain that it's in ritzy locations (New York City, Palm Beach) It's got upscale home goods, like furniture and accessories. The service is friendly&helpful. They often have bowls of free candy to enjoy while browsing their wares. While they emphasize furniture&accessories, it's the books that are underrated. They have an excellent coffee table book/cookbook that highlights California's different regions, from the Central Coast to the Redwoods. They could double as a bookstore since they have a genuinely good selection of books. Despite its weird name, Mecox is a pleasant little place.”
