“I've been going to pure barre at the new studio since September. The team is so affirming, helpful, and great about meeting people where they're at in whatever phase of their fitness journey. Over the last 6 months I have grown stronger and more self confident, and have met some amazing people at the barre! There's a class for everything- weight training, cardio, stretching- and tons of class times to make it easy to squeeze in a work out. They're always receptive to feedback, there's always a fun new challenge going on, and Kim and the pure barre team have made the studio such a special and welcoming place to be. I love it here!”
“I just want to say thank you to Trina at Napa Pendleton. I've lived in Sacramento and now I live in San Francisco. This is my go to store. I tend to arrive at closing and unfortunately it's not uncommon for me to buy a bunch of stuff and return half of it a week later unused with the tags on and trina is always polite about helping me.
I also want to say... in general; Trina is a great person to ask for advice on pairing clothing or gifts. Just look at her. She should be in a Pendleton. Shes unique.

My wife is a size xs. She found the items she liked in store and we ordered with the salesperson online.
It was a great suggestion and we didn’t have to pack it with us on the plane ride home.

“I was not going to buy anything. I was in this time last month and saw a shirt that I wanted but, paying $30 for a "Peanuts Gang" Shirt was not in the budget. I was waiting for a friend to finish up a return transaction and walking around. There was a very friendly young man (I don't remember his name) who asked me if I needed anything. I told him what I was looking for and he headed straight for the clearance section and to my childlike joy, it was there. In my size AND Less than $20. I walked right up to check out and was delighted to be rung up by Diana. She was very pleasant and looked up my AE credit card info without any problems. I left with a smile and that same, childlike joy.”

Bought a cute leisure outfit this time- the sales women recommended the pants and it really made The outfit work. Not too expensive, so not reliant on just browsing a sales rack.”

“Exceptional customer service. I had the cutest outfit set bought from this boutique when I visited Napa and when I ripped the pants 6 months later by accident I was so distraught. I emailed the boutique and literally within hours they were already searching to find me a replacement via email and text. She was determined and able to hunt the set down even though it was sold out everywhere she found me a pair left hiding in their warehouse. The communication was the best I ever had. She shipped it to me so fast and also left the sweetest note ever. This was my favorite outfit that I get millions of compliments on, so I couldn’t be more happier. Oh and when I bought it, it was at a reduced price as well!!!! Completely unheard of. Best boutique ever and they should set the standard for every company out there. Never been treated so well ever!!! 11/10 stars! ⭐ will 100% be back and refer every single one of my friends”
