I cannot say enough great things about Jenene Crockett. She was so wonderful to work with while applying for a rec vehicle loan. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions (I had many). She was patient and professional. She truly had my back. I will and would recommend her to all my friends and family. Jenene was very friendly and patient with my children as she helped us open their first bank accounts. And she explained how everything worked and make sure we didn’t have any questions. It was greatly appreciated by myself and my six and eight year old daughters.

From the first call to the Credit Union the staff was so pleasant and went out of their way to assist me with answering numerous questions,to booking an appointment. We I walked in the branch door I was greeted by staff with a hello and smile. My appointment was with Miriam G and she greet in the same manner. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received and her attitude, bless her heart she was very patient with me while opening 6 different accounts. I left there feeling like a family member. I would recommend this Credit Union to anyone. I would give them a 12 on a score of 1-10. Thanks for wondering service

Jenene was super helpful in getting our auto financing completed quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I was initially told that the bank did not use docusign and that I needed to go to the bank in person to complete the paperwork. I was out of the country and couldn’t do this which prevented us from getting the car we wanted. Turns out they do use docusign. When I got in touch with Jenene she explained the process, was always quick to respond to questions, and managed the entire process seamlessly. Thank you for all the assistance!

I recently had a work related accident that caused me to receive reduced pay & I had a large balance credit card that was becoming increasingly difficult to pay.I first met with Miriam Guillen at the Napa branch & she was able to submit an application for me for a personal loan. The process was quick & easy & she made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I was quickly notified by Miriam that a personal loan was possible but unfortunately it was not enough to solve my problem & therefore I had to decline. She had also mentioned that another possible option was to refinance my car loan that I already had with Community First once 12 payments had been made. I was one away at the time so I waited until that was done & returned to the Napa branch to inquire about this second possible option.Miriam was not available at the time I returned & I instead met with Jenene Williamson & discussed what Miriam had told me.Jenene quickly got to work, put together the new application & got it submitted. She said she would update me on the status & to my shock & surprise, that same afternoon she contacted me with the good news that I had been approved & I just needed to submit a couple of items & she’d get it finished up. Since it was Friday evening, I told her I would stop in on Monday with the necessary items & sign anything she needed signed. On the following Monday, I did just that & again to my shock & surprise, she was able to complete everything while I was there & cut the check for me immediately!I’m very pleased with your employees & your company & how the local Napa branch takes care of their customers.Thank you to all of your team!
