Fred is a very kind and reliable. I called him in a pinch last night, my mom had locked her keys and phone in her car at a gas station. He was busy but got to us within 20 minutes! We were pleasantly surprised and he got her car unlocked within seconds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
