“Repair work on my 2016 ford explorer, was more complicated than your normal water pump replacement. After work was completed, I drove for 2 days and had to be towed in. Ace found that the brand new timing chain was defective. They completely retraced all work to make sure no damage had occurred to parts and performed tests to engine for other damage. All this was completely paid for by Ace Automotive, along with towing from St Helena. My car runs like a dream now, I’m so pleased that Ace Automotive stands behind their work and their employees. “Purchased a 2010 Honda civic. The ac would work well then the next day not so well. Took it back to the dealer and told them I had a warranty though aul. They said I had a cracked condenser. It did take a couple of weeks before they got back to me but it was covered. The bill was $801 I had to pay $100. Other than the wait, i was happy. It went smooth and the car is fixed.”
