Every time i shop here i wonder if the service can any worse, then when I reluctantly return - it gets worse. The cashiers don’t have a clue, and couldn’t care less about us - the customer. Zero friendliness or helpfulness. We are a bother to them.
Really dislike shopping here.

Alway very very poor service from all the cashier at the entrance which is very sad. 5 cashier and everyone just looking you as if your interrupted them

My experience here was awful except for 3 people who were great and wonderful. They Helped fulfill my orders We're completely nice understandable and went out of their way to make my day even if my day was ruined Prior to meeting i'm in this store. and if it was just based off my experience with them, I would have given this place a 10/5 If possible but My experience at the rest of the store, however My experience was terrible and if I could give 0/100 I would.
And honestly, if I had ran into gio/Julian And there manager Faron From the beginning this review would be top notch, but after this I probably will not be shopping here or if i have to I'll be looking out for them specifically

Went in to buy a grill. Walked to customer service as there were no reps around. I said "I want to buy a grill, I need to know if it will fit in my car". The person behind the counter told me I need to ask a garden associate. I walked to the garden center, couldn't find anyone. So I left, will be spending my money elsewhere.
Very disappointing experience when you walk into a store saying "I want to spend money" and the employees either can't help you or don't exist. Way to go home Depot, I plan to buy local as I should have in the first place.

ordered some fans for my house. one was out for delivery and then finally delivered. i opened the door to find a black and decker blower that i did not order. I called customer service and advised them of the mistake. They told me i can order another fan and once they get the blower back they will refund my $192. They said leave it outside and UPS will pick it up. I asked what was to happen if someone stole it off my porch... they replied that I would be liable for it. I would be on the hook for $192 for a $90 blower. I advised them that legally I dont even have to return the blower per the FTC.. but it fell on deaf ears. So ive left it on my porch hoping some porch pirate doesnt see a brand new blower in a box and I ordered another fan. Worst home depot experience in all my private and commercial years.

We shopped for veggies for the garden. Great variety. Plants were healthy. They offered little and mature plants. Easy to check out. Great staff. Very helpful.

We had a reservation for a Penske Truck. The truck never showed up. The employee at the desk made 5 calls for a manager. One never answered or came to the desk. Penske was not open, so no one could find out why there was no truck. Another wasted trip to Home Depot. I don't know why I expect anything any different. We got a truck from Uhaul with no issues.

Would it hurt to have fully stocked inventory and decluttered isles.
Additionally the overflow parking across the street gets a little intense with the tent community squabbling.

I had a great experience at the Home Depot Napa, Ca. A gentlemen in the hardware/ tool section, Don, was super nice and took care of my needs. He walked me through step by step and answered all my concerns professionally. This man deserves a raise!!!!!!!!! He is a great employee. The Home Depot needs more people like Don.
