Wow! Phenomenal customer service! I came in this evening to buy a hose reel. I got the rock star treatment from Desiree and Torrance. Desiree helped me pick out the perfect hose reel and even offered to help load it into my car. This will be my go-to home supplies stop from now on!

I like the Napa location best. Any other one its hard get help. This location has staff everywhere and asking if you need help finding anything. Nice job Napa home depot!
