“I went in here needing a good outfit for a conference I was heading to. I left with the perfect fit and an attitude adjustment :)
Scott suggested a shirt for me that I initially rejected because it was “not my colors”. He insisted it looked great on me, and I would get a ton of compliments wearing it. I was stubborn at first, but with some gentle persuasion he shifted my mindset around it.
Now I know he is going to smirk when he reads this, but I went to that conference and I DID receive some big compliments on my shirt (an pants for that matter) - so yes Scott I gotta hand it to you on this one - you do know your stuff 😆

“WOW! Strolled in "just to look" and found myself scooping up major bargains - flannel PJ;s- darling Xmas blankets...and the list goes on. I had a Party of one - did a ton Xmas shopping...and felt compelled to return on Day #2... bliss!Asked one clerk wha her "favs" were and she mentioned the sweaters. Found an armful of very pretty sweaters at amazing prices...It is very Rare for me to return to the same store twice...”

“I just want to say thank you to Trina at Napa Pendleton. I've lived in Sacramento and now I live in San Francisco. This is my go to store. I tend to arrive at closing and unfortunately it's not uncommon for me to buy a bunch of stuff and return half of it a week later unused with the tags on and trina is always polite about helping me.
I also want to say... in general; Trina is a great person to ask for advice on pairing clothing or gifts. Just look at her. She should be in a Pendleton. Shes unique.

“Gap Factory Outlet in Napa has a lot of really good clothes that are very fashionable. The clothes are also discounted quite a bit so it's worth going to if you're up in that area of Napa Sonoma.”
“I was not going to buy anything. I was in this time last month and saw a shirt that I wanted but, paying $30 for a "Peanuts Gang" Shirt was not in the budget. I was waiting for a friend to finish up a return transaction and walking around. There was a very friendly young man (I don't remember his name) who asked me if I needed anything. I told him what I was looking for and he headed straight for the clearance section and to my childlike joy, it was there. In my size AND Less than $20. I walked right up to check out and was delighted to be rung up by Diana. She was very pleasant and looked up my AE credit card info without any problems. I left with a smile and that same, childlike joy.”

They also provide student discounts which is nice because I am a college student. I really appreciate and admired there level of professionalism, friendliness, and them being personable. Before I even had to ask, one of the associates, Alejandra, came up and offered to help. She pulled out so many great options, and thanks to her, I didn’t just find one pair—I ended up buying two! “Superb experience in both locations. Staff are polite, knowledgeable, and engaging. Product is quality, stores are well merchandised, lots of care appears to go into presentation.
