About Napa Valley Veterinary Hospital
Napa Valley Veterinary Hospital is praised for its helpful and patient staff who provide excellent care for pets. Dr. Jeff is noted for his gentle approach and thorough evaluations, only recommending necessary treatments. Dr. Northrop is appreciated for taking the time to explain pet issues, although some concerns about phone and appointment acknowledgment have been noted. Recently, many customers have commented on the kindness and friendliness of everyone working there, making both pets and owners feel welcomed and cared for. Despite the cost of vet care being high, the staff does not overcharge, and the quality of care is considered worth the wait for appointments. The practice is known for its compassionate approach, with staff treating pets with respect and kindness, and owners trust them with their furry friends’ health and happiness.

Dr. Jeff gave Bessie a thorough exam and all necessary vaccination updates. He recommended not trimming her nails since she’s an outdoor kitty and might need them for protection.
