“When I first phoned to donate, the person I spoke with was very attentive and guided me through the Donate For Charity process. I liked her attention because I'd kept my car for about 24 years and had a sentimental attachment to it. I was confident that my car was in good care. And knowing that I had originally planned to donate the car to a charity close to my heart made it easier to let go. The procedure that followed was well-structured, with emails from the donation organization to the towing company offering detailed instructions for vehicle donation, as well as extensive follow-up by text and phone to confirm the date and time of pickup. Overall, the process went exceptionally well from beginning to end. Thank you for guiding me through this difficult moment of saying farewell to an old and faithful friend.”
