I’ve had NapaNet for about a year now and have had no issues with my internet. Very consistent service, plenty of speed, and helpful. I have Xfinity at a different property and that internet has gone out numerous times, and it is difficult to get the help I need.

We’ve had NapaNet service for about a year now and have had little to no issues with our Wi-Fi. The few issues were because we had power outages from the storms. The internet is always really fast and reliable

The customer service and knowledge of the service techs is helpful and appreciated with every interaction. When I have a problem connecting (because of high winds or rains), they're quick to respond and act.
