I agree with all of the negative reviews about this OT. I got to the Santa Rosa and RP locations and staff are so sweet and welcoming but the front desk staff at Napa denied my partner entry because we arrived 15 mins early instead of 20.

Classes are high energy, challenging, and different every time which I LOVED. What I definitely didn't love is the lack of flexibility regarding scheduling. If you didn't book a class at least a week out, forget about it--there is little to no last minute flexibility. When I rolled my ankle at work and had to take a week off, I lost the classes that I had already paid for because they absolutely won't roll them over. Same story when my husband had Covid this month; the responsible thing to do was not to go to class, but there is no forgiveness if you can't cram in the classes you have prepaid for into the time allotted, regardless of circumstances. The whole "community" aspect goes right out the window when you need any accommodations which is just so gross and off-putting to me. Store managers should really reassess these hard lined policies for those of us that live in the real world, with all its obstacles and impracticalities. Until then I will spend my money somewhere I'm not penalized for life's many inconveniences--the LAST thing I need is for my gym to be another source of stress.

Called 2 months ago to cancel my subscription with them. Realized today they've still been taking money out every month. Called and manager reimbursed me for the mistake.

Gym for people that are serious about achieving results. The coaches and staff are friendly, positive and knowledgeable. The benchmark workouts push me to improve over my previous results. OTF is my happy pill and a community that I value dearly.

I was a little weary of joining due to my lack of experience and also toxic gym culture. I experienced nothing but the best here. The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming and Coach Courtney knows what shes doing. I love that they offer modifications as I am a beginner. They also walk you through the first (free) class & help you create a plan based on your goals. Although I am incredibly sore, I cant wait to go back. Just a great experience and energy overall.

Staff are rude and not helpful for first timers. I agree with the other negative reviewers about the condescending looks and remarks from the front desk staff. Not a welcoming or pleasant experience at all. Will not be returning.

Love the studio and the format of these work outs! The coaches are friendly and inspiring, especially Alex and Erin! Work outs change daily so there's never a chance to get bored. The Lift 45 classes are also a great offering for those looking for a little more muscle work. So glad I decided to join!

It's a great workout! The price though is astronomical, especially when you find out that they charge you every lesson for the heartbeat monitor unless you also buy that on to of what you're already playing for. The 5 am classes are always booked far in advance, and they aren't open late enough for me to go. If it were more affordable I would go, but it's all about the money.

Great staff and workouts that kick my butt...yet I feel great afterwards. Well, I didn't feel great right after the first few workouts...but now I look forward to them. You get a full body workout each time. They change the workouts daily with a different emphasis, so it is NEVER boring or working the same body area too much.

OT provides a great work out opportunity which has pushed me to become stronger and fitter. The Napa OT has the added bonus of great coaches and staff that are supportive, professional and make you feel like family??

Such a great workout. The staff is very friendly. I felt very comfortable. The coach was always there to guide.
